Terms of Service

Hello, I'm Ziv! Please read over my Terms of Service to avoid confusions and to protect us from scams/fraud! If you have any questions please feel free to contact me through my socials :)

I require a 50% down payment before starting. You will only get the slot once you've paid the downpayment.

Two revisions allowed per item shown to the Client during the process.

 Additional charges for excessive revisions may be required. Revisions may affect progress and timeline, and the client shall be promptly informed.

 for bigger and more complex pieces, depending on the details.

You are free to use the commission for personal use, unless negotiated otherwise.  I reserve the rights to the final product's commercial value. Please contact me if you're interested in commercial commissions.

I retain copyright, ownership, redistribution and intellectual property rights, which includes but is not limited to display, advertising, printing, the Work and work in progress on websites, social media, portfolios, public broadcast channels (i.e. Twitch) and more. This applies to works commissioned for commercial use as well.

Client must not claim Work as their own and must credit me using their social tag/username/link at the instance of display of the Work or permanently on their websites, social media profiles, broadcast channels and so on. Client must not edit or modify Work in any way without prior permission from me.

Usage of Work for AI (artificial intelligence) tools, platforms or programs; ML (machine learning) tools, platforms or programs; AI or ML training; NFT; blockchain; or other for-profit platforms/purposes, is strictly prohibited.

If Client requests cancellation, 50% of project fees may be forfeit if canceled after the deliverable leaves the sketch stage. 

If I am unable to complete a commission, the client will be contacted and refunded.

Character reference sheets, PSD for rigging, mood boards, sample of poses / angles / expressions, any other relevant files or links.

You can request a CMYK version for prints

Detail Complexity Fee (Armor, Accessories, etc)

Additional character: +100%. Price varies according to detail.

A character illustration from the head down to the waist or thighs. Can be dynamic poses

A full body character illustration. Can be dynamic poses

Detail Complexity Fee (Armor, Flowers, etc)

A cute chibi illustration. Can be used for stickers.

Prices may vary depending on the complexity of the model
