My strength is drawing confident, elegant, or serious types. I typically have more trouble with drawing either overly shy or bright and cheerful expressions and characters. Please consider this when commissioning me!

I reserve the right to turn down a commission request for any reason.

 e.g. if I don’t think I can draw the subject matter to my full ability, or if I don’t think I can complete the commission in a reasonable amount of time due to real-life obligations.

100% payment upfront upon accepting proposal

Prior to confirming the WIP check-in, you can request to cancel the commission for a 50% refund. There will be no refunds after WIP check-in confirmation.

If I am unable to complete your commission within two months of receiving payment, you have the right to cancel the commission and get a full refund.

Commissions will usually be completed within 

 after payment. I will inform you of any delays. No hard deadlines.

Half-body and full-body illustrations come with a 

single WIP check-in stage, sent around the sketch / rough color for your approval

, during which any major revisions should be specified (pose change, composition overhaul, major outfit changes). When the final piece is ready for delivery, 

a final draft will be sent for confirming any final adjustments.

Minor adjustments OK anytime! (facial expression, missing detail/accessory, slight color adjustments, minor scene elements)

If there is no client feedback within 5 days of a WIP check-in or final draft being sent, the client forfeits that revision period and the draft is considered approved for me to move on.

 Includes use that does not earn you money and is not tied to your personal brand. You may upload and display your commission wherever you like with proper credit back to me. You may use it for any personal use including but not limited to personal account avatars, phone/PC backgrounds, character profile pages, and physical prints limited to 1 person.

 The artwork does not earn money itself but is used publicly as part of a monetized brand or product. This includes use on streaming/monetization platforms, on social media tied to your personal brand, in monetized videos or other promotional material, or as concept art for producing a VTuber model. Includes use as freebie print/sticker merchandise for your personal brand.

 Includes paid merchandise use or use for any corporate business entity. Includes paid physical prints, keychains/standees, book cover, music video illustration, and business concept art. For full commercial use, please inquire directly instead.

 or other monetized creator/streamer character allows only for fanart showcase and private use. Profile picture use, stream schedule, model concept art, etc which feature your brand image all fall under creator/streamer use instead.

Please credit me if reuploading anywhere. You may not claim that you drew it, remove watermarks, or edit it excessively.

It is prohibited to use any of my work for crypto, NFTs, or AI-related technologies.

Commissioning me involves purchasing my artist labor only.

I will respect any of your requests to not publicly post the commission.

This is a skeb-style / surprise me commission, no WIPs will be sent by default and there will be no major revisions. 

Minor adjustments afterwards for small design details OK.

 depending on if I can come up with outfit ideas for your character. Please provide as many references/details as possible and/or a moodboard so I understand your vision! Visual references for the character are still required (e.g. hair/face/body type)
