Hi! By ordering a character design I will require from you as many references/inspirations/mood board as possible! From my part you will get sketches of ideas, everything will improve with your feedback. Then I prepare chosen sketch with some color versions, till we find something that will satisfy you! I wont make a clean reference sheet for you, but Ill make sure to draw your character clear from the front and back!
