◈ You must be at least 18 years of age to commission me.

◈ By sending in a request, clients indicate that they have completely read over my Terms of Service and agree to abide by it

◈ Full payment must be sent either before the start of the commission.

◈ Payment for commissions taken on Vgen.co must be done through the website.

, any edits can be made during the sketching and lining phase. Maximum of 3 edits.

Rough sketch -> Clean Sketch -> Fixing of details -> Final rendering and fine tuning

, no edits will be made. Please make sure to include everything you want in your request.

◈ Due to my current real life responsibilities,

 I cannot promise that I will finish the artwork in a timely manner.

- Artwork can take anywhere from a day to multiple months to finish.

- My schedule is so busy and unpredictable that I cannot accept rushed commissions or commissions with deadlines, even if a fee is paid.

Please do NOT commission me if you are wanting a quick turnaround for your commission.

◈ All commissions are only for personal or private use only. This means that my artwork may not be used for commercial purposes or for profit 

unless commercial usage rights are discussed and agreed upon between client and artist at the time of order.

◈ No one is allowed to edit the commissioned artwork other than the original artist (norvosk). Neither the client nor anyone else is allowed to edit, trace, copy, or remove the artist's signature/watermark from the finished illustration.

◈ Client nor anyone else is allowed to claim to be the artist of the illustration.

Anytime the artwork is posted or otherwise showcased, credit must be given to me, the artist, as either text (Ex: "norvosk @ twit") or a link (Ex: "twitter.com/norvosk")

◈ Absolutely no one is allowed to mint my artwork as a NFT (Non-Fungible Token). My artwork (including commissioned, personal, or merchandise illustrations) may not be used for any sales, practices, events, or minting that is associated with NFTs or cryptocurrencies.

- Commissioned artwork cannot be minted as a Non Fungible Token even by the client.

◈ As an artist, I maintain rights to my artwork. This includes rights such as:

- Recognition and citation as the creator of the artwork

- Using artwork to advertise and promote my brand and services

- Streaming and posting (as images or videos) drafts/processes of the artwork. This includes videos known as "speedpaints."

- Including the artwork in any sort of compilation of my works

If the client's interest conflicts with any of these rights, a compromise may be discussed between the artist and client.

◈ I do not allow chargebacks or disputes.

- If there is a concern or issue, client may contact me through DM (Discord or Twitter) or through email (norvosk@tutanota.com) to discuss solutions.

◈ Refunds will NOT be given unless discussed between the artist and client. Most likely, refunds will not be given unless I cannot finish the artwork or take longer than 6 months.

Emotes and Panel Art

In a SKEB-like fashion, you can get to submit a request to receive artwork! This will be a simple commission type with no communication needed between client and artist. If your request is accepted, you just need to kick back and relax while I work on it! 

This commission operates on a "Offer to Commission" basis with $50 USD being the minimum. Lower offers will lead to simpler artwork ($50 range will most likely just be a headshot, for example).

Please keep in mind that my art style is largely experimental, so please do not send in a request if you are not okay with that!

* I am very busy with real life responsibilities, so as stated in my TOS, I cannot accept requests with hard deadlines or rushed requests. 

Cut, ready-to-rig Live2D model of your character!

Can be ordered as art only (cut and ready to rig) or rigged! Rigging will be done by Darkearth10 on Twitter.

Ready-to-rig chibi Vtuber model in a "fumo" art style! Please keep in mind that designs will most likely be simplyfied to fit the art style.

This commission operates on a "Offer to Commission" basis with $20 USD being the minimum. Lower offers will lead to simpler artwork ($20 range will most likely just be an uncolored headshot, for example).
