Terms of Service

Please read my terms of service if it's your first time commissioning me.

Payment must be paid in full prior to me starting;

 while I am working on your piece (mistakes don’t count, I will obviously fix any mistake I make);

provide clear visual reference of what you would like drawn, be it with exact pictures or with mood boards along with in depth descriptions;

I reserve the rights to decline any commission

You may use the piece anywhere with credit

, but may not alter or modify it without consent;

As the artist I hold the rights to the drawing, therefor I’m allowed to use the copyrighted work to promote myself, unless the commissioner asks for discretion in advance;

 as I progress, no work will look exactly the same or have the exact same mood;

 of: nudity, gore, (some) fetish and traumatic/heavy themes. 

However, will not draw NSFW of characters that aren’t of age and will not draw any of the themes above if the client is not of age either;

You may not profit in any way from my work, if it’s commercial work it would have different rates, please email me at vampirarts@gmail.com for inquiries;

Do not ever, commission me art for NFTs, upload my art to blockchains or sample it for AI. Doing so will get you blacklisted;

By commissioning me you have read and agreed to my terms.

I will only accept cancellations and give a full refund if I haven’t started working on your piece yet;

If you wish to cancel after the sketch has been made you will only be eligible for a partial refund;

After the sketch phase is complete no refunds will ever be given;

If you file a chargeback against me with no grounds, your right to everything I have ever made for you will be retracted and you will be forbidden from working with me in the future, therefore blacklisted.

Starting price at 55EUR gets you a bust up fully rendered illustration (first three images)

Full body for 80EUR (all remaining images)

Includes a flat or very simple background (images through one to five)

Complex details (such as extremely specific weapons or elaborate armor) adds also 25EUR

More complex backgrounds also range from a base of 25EUR to whatever value we settle on together

Will do NSFW within reason if the client is of age

Starting price at 135EUR gets you a full body front and back profile of one character and one portrait in flats as well as a small detail

Full rendering of everything in the sheet is 40EUR

Basically it's a "skeb" style of commission, if you are unfamiliar with what that is, it's essentially a pay-what-you-want model. There is a base price, in this case 35EUR, and the more you pay on top of that the more crazy results you will get. You request a character (or environment, I'm ok with those too), provide a visual reference and any important/mandatory/specific info (for example: character x MUST always wear socks and has lazy eye, idk) and I will draw it in a pose of choice. I will most likely experiment with perspective and color. If this is not what you're looking for, then an Illustration commission might be more your jam, where you direct me to draw exactly what you want.

I do not offer any sort of refunds on these specifically, if I have started on it there is no going back. 

These are experimental in nature, I will screw around with color theory, shape and perspective.

There are no revisions or updates, it's a surprise.

Do not expect extremely complex pieces unless you pay up.

Base Price includes a half-body illustration of one character in full detail with open/closed eyes and mouth versions.

You'll receive four PNGs for use with either Discord, FugiTech, Veadotube Mini or whichever other software that allows for reaction images to be used in streaming/video.

Extra accessory (eg: headphones, sunglasses): 10EUR

Extra movable/animated parts: starting at 15EUR (will escalate based on complexity)

Please have a character design or references at ready when purchasing this option. Character design services are sold separately!
