By commissioning me you are agreeing to the terms below.

I reserve the right to refuse any commission if I feel uncomfortable with the request, be it for personal reasons, or due to a lack of skill to portray your character properly.

I won’t draw any of the following: mecha, bugs, sexualization of underage characters, excessive muscles, or characters with excessive detail/decoration (unless you're ok with a majority of the details being simplified). Explicit NSFW art is also off the table (tasteful nudity and suggestive poses are ok!).

All commissions require some form of visual reference. I do not take description references that are not accompanied by some sort of visual guide.

Payment has to be in full for commissions that are less than $100. Commissions at higher price are eligible for a 50% down payment (final payment due at completion of commission 

Payment plans can be discussed if multiple installments are needed.

Any major revisions should be requested during the sketching phase (maximum of 2).  

Requesting further major revisions will incur a fee.

Minor revisions such as missed details or color correction are unlimited.

Turnaround times tend to be 5-7 days, starting after the approved final sketch for chibis and other simple drawings. More complex pieces will take up to 2-3 weeks.

If you have a specific date for a deadline, make sure to communicate this up front!

Rush Fee (30%)  will be incurred if a commission is needed to be finished within 2-3 days of request.

I reserve all rights to the commission to use in social media, promotional works, portfolios, etc. unless NDA or commercial rights have been selected.

Commissioned art is for personal use only unless streamer or commercial rights have been selected. Personal use includes social media icons, banners, personal printing to display, or anything that does not result in monetization/profit.

Usage of works for AI, machine learning, NFT, Blockchain, or other for-profit platforms/purposes is strictly prohibited.

Do not use my artwork to participate in hate speech, racism, homophobia, ableism, and other such negative activities that harm others.

I retain the copyright to all artwork made. Modification of commission is not allowed including but not limited to editing, copying, or tracing.

Any cancellations must be done before payment.

There are no refunds after payment has been processed and work has begun; except in the outcome where I cannot fulfill the commission, wherein I will provide a full or partial refund.

English preferred. Spanish is available albeit a bit pocho (if you know, you know)

Communications can be done via e-mail or VGen Direct Message.

If the customer does not respond after a week of being messaged, the requested commission will be dropped and refunded.

Make sure to include requested prop item(s) in the About Character section!

Character reference sheets, mood boards, sample of poses / angles / expressions, any other relevant files or links.
