Client may not claim work as their own and must give appropriate credit to Tryph on the respective platforms.

By default, Tryph reserves the right to use commissions for self-promotion on platforms (work-in-progress shots, work progress stream, time lapse videos, etc.). Non-disclosure agreement or privacy fees will incur additional fees via the add-on option.

In addition to point 4, commissions will not be resold or redistributed by Tryph unless otherwise agreed upon with the client.

Using commissioned products in any blockchain, NFT, crypto, or Web 3.0-related capacity is strictly prohibited.

Using commissioned products in any machine learning capacity, such as (but not limited to) usage in Stable Diffusion models, Civitai, etc., is strictly prohibited.

If the client breaks the terms above their license shall be revoked and Tryph reserves the right to file a DMCA for prohibited usage.

Services below 200 USD (please temporarily preview by selecting USD as currency on the top right) must be paid in full upfront. 

Client must pay at least 50% down payment before work begins.

Live2D model art or rigging services can be done through payment plans.

The client may request or implement a deadline for their commission. 

Rush deadline orders must be paid in full upfront.

Due to output being Tryph's way of self-promotion, portfolio pieces, sample works, etc., all privacy agreements have specific terms:

The commissioned product will be a private commission without a designated end period.

Tryph is allowed to post the commission once the client posts or uses the image publicly.

To add to point 2, if the client uses a cropped version of the commissioned product, where at least 50% or the majority of the image is not visible, then the product will not be posted by Tryph without the client's approval.

The period may be extended before the end date. Significant extensions may incur a fee.

Tryph will not post or share work-in-progress or the finished commissioned work until the set privacy period has ended.

The client may request that they not be publicly mentioned for the entirety of the privacy period or until the client approves it. 

Minor revisions are free for up until the rendering phase. 

Complex revisions during the latter part of the rendering phase which require a significant portion redrawn, due to client's request (e.g. changed their mind about a portion of the pose and wishes a change) will incur a revision fee.

Corrections that will always be free include: skin colour adjustment, slight expression change, background colour.

Please refer to the specific requested service's details for the expected delivery times. All delivery time estimates are after the client's slot in the queue starts and the sketch is approved.

are for Personal Use by default. The client is allowed to:

Use the commissioned product on social media platforms such as but not limited to Twitter, Discord, Tumblr, etc.,

Use the commissioned product for banners, profile pictures, schedules, and thumbnails,

Without prior approval the client is not allowed to:

Use the commissioned product to produce prints or other merchandise,

Use the commission product for paid content (Ko-Fi memberships, Patreon, etc.),

Use the commissioned product as the starting, ending, stinger, intro, or outro,

Edit the commissioned product and post publicly (removal of signature, trace, draw over, etc.)

Commercial license incurs an additional +100% fee per item. It may be purchased separately from the item at any time. Upon purchase of a Commercial license, the client is allowed to:

Resell any commissioned product with approval,

Receive and use the commissioned product version without a signature

Administrative fees are excluded from all refunds. Escrow service rates (PayPal, VGen fees) shall be deducted from the refund.

The client is eligible for a refund if the commission is cancelled prior to the start of the project.

In the event that the client decides to cancel the commission after significant progress has been made (e.g. past the 

 phase), the client is no longer eligible to a full refund. The client will then be refunded an agreed upon amount that caps out at 80% depending on the amount of work done.

If Tryph fails to meet a rush deadline requested in the initial agreement, the client will be eligible for a refund of the deadline fee.

If Tryph decides to cancel the commission the client will be fully refunded.

If Tryph decides to cancel the commission due to strong animosity between the client and artist, or due to other major disagreements, misconduct, the client breaking the terms of service, etc., then the client is no longer eligible for a full refund. The client will be refunded under the terms of point 3.

Repeated cancellation by a client will result in blacklisting.

Chargebacks will result in immediate blacklisting, including the public display of: e-mail address, social media handles as a warning to other artists.

Communication will be done through the client's preferred or available medium. In the case of no preference from the client and Discord information is available, Discord will be the default communication line. 

Character Design/Live2D/Model Art

All VTuber models, Character Designs, and Live2D services have a commercial license by default.

The client is not allowed to resell the model, design, etc, without permission from the artist Tryph.

The client will own the Intellectual Property rights to the commissioned character design made by Tryph. 

Due to the amount of involvement required between the client and Tryph, there will be work-in-progress updates every time there is significant enough progress to be shown.

I was working really hard on my friend and I's visual novel demo release the whole of last month until this May 15th! We released it for the Blossom Game Jam on itch. You can play it on browser here:
