This agreement is between I, the Artist, and you, the Client, for work services performed on a project known as the Work.

I, the Artist, have the right to refuse projects and requests according to my discernment and capabilities. 

The commission prices stated are purely for personal use. If you are planning to print them, advertise them, use for merch, etc then please mention this as prices vary.

I have full rights to the commission. If you do not wish for it to be posted for my portfolio please tick the option in the request form.

Additional charges may apply depending on the complexity of the design.

I have my style, consider that before asking for the commission.

Do NOT trace and re-sell my artwork or use it for AI.

The commissioner is expected to fully pay upfront before the artist proceeds with their commission. The artist will NOT proceed with the commission if this payment isn’t given. 

I do not do major revisions (i.e. changing concept/character). Please make sure you know what you want and state it clearly beforehand

Waiting time may vary. Turnaround time is expected to be 14-30 days

Commissions are currently on a FCFS (First Come, First Serve) basis!

You can use the commissioned work for personal use, streaming, and content creation, but you cannot use it to make money by producing merchandise or other commercial purposes without my permission.

I retain original copyright and ownership of the Work, which includes but may not be limited to advertising, displaying the Work in my websites, social media and portfolios according to my discretion. I have rights to repurpose unused process work for future projects, personal or otherwise. 

Commercial licenses require additional charges, please discuss this with me first to set the right price. 

The process will likely be posted i.e. on Twitter and/or streamed on Twitch

There will be no refunds from the client side whatsoever. Please be certain you wish to purchase my services before doing so.

A refund will only happen in the case that I am unable to complete your commission and have not yet started the commission within 1 month from payment.

I reserve the right to cancel the commission if I deem that the client is behaving inappropriately or violates the TOS.

Communication will be purely on VGen unless stated otherwise. The only other platform I regularly communicate on is Twitter however it'll be easier to manage commission requests on one platform.

Character reference sheets, PSD for rigging, mood boards, sample of poses / angles / expressions, any other relevant files or links.

Pose, traits, multiple characters, add-ons, etc.

Form - Emotes

Base size (1000x1000) and Twitch adjusted sizes (28x28, 56x56, 112x112)

Please mention which emote(s) you'd like from the provided grid! (E.g. A4)

Price is PER emote! (Max. request 3 emotes)

Non-human (e.g. furries/kobolds/etc.) will be made more "human" for ease of drawing snouts/noses/etc.

NO MAJOR REVISIONS! Minor ones are okay once I send the sketch WIPs!
