No refunds will be given at request, barring exceptional circumstances.

If the artist is unable to complete the commission within the turnaround time, a full refund can be given at request.

Due to the streamlined and simple workflow of these headshots, only minor revisions will be granted at any stage (e.g. hairstyle change, expression change, colour-scheme change, or anything equivalent or smaller). Pose changes will not be accommodated, please make sure to provide ample references if you are concerned about the character's pose.

If a deadline is given, there may be a rush fee depending on length.

If no deadline is set, the artist will take the required time to ensure a quality delivery within the default timeframe given.

Turnaround time may vary depending on the artist's schedule, general delivery date will be from 1 week - 1 month of purchase. The client will be informed of any delays.

All rights to the art the artist creates, including commissions, belong to the artist.  

The client may neither sell nor exchange the commissioned piece in any form, physical or digital, under any circumstances unless the artist has given consent and the client has paid any commercial fees to do so.

The artist reserves the right to use the piece; for self-promotion, to post on their social media, for inspiration for other illustrations.

The client has the right to use the piece; for personal use, to upload to their social media with credit (@thlurp on Twitter/Instagram/Bluesky), for self-promotion purposes with credit (@thlurp on Twitter/Instagram/Bluesky).

Any artwork is NOT to be used for any form of generative AI or NFTs.

Due to the simplicity of this service no revisions will be available at any stage barring exceptional circumstances.

Turnaround time may vary depending on the artist's schedule, general delivery date will be from 1 week - 2 months of purchase. The client will be informed of any delays.

Chibi Style

Major revisions will be granted during sketch phase and only minor revisions will be granted at any further stage (e.g. hairstyle change, expression change, colour-scheme change, or anything equivalent or smaller). 

No need for anything extensive, but the more references you provide the more accurate it will be!

Name of mech/mobile suit + any other necessary details.

Please attach at least 1 image just in case so I can make sure I have the right design.

Chibi shading style can vary slightly, as represented in the attached samples, I will shade in the style I think best fits but if you have a preference please leave a note!

Extra characters are available for added cost. Prices are subject to change depending on details and scale but generally;

Extra character (separate/not interacting, see sample 2, 3) +$30USD per character

Extra character (together/interacting, see sample 4) +$20USD per character

More complex details (eg. mecha parts, complex outfits/accessories, see sample 5) may incur a small extra charge.

Please be aware that details may be omitted and colours may be slightly changed in the simplification process to serve the overall composition and balance. 

I'm a Gundam fan first and foremost so any non-Gundam mechs may be a little tougher, especially if they've got thinner proportions like Fafner or Eva but I am happy to give them a go 💪. OCs welcome if provided with ample references!
