𝗚𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝗜𝗻𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻

• Commissions are for personal use unless stated otherwise

➞ art for commercial use (twitch banner, donation alerts, youtube banner, etc.) may be subject to additional fee depending on scope.

𝗔𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗰𝗹𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁,

◦ you must pay the invoice within 48 hours. Otherwise, I will cancel the commission.

◦ you may use the commission for profile pictures, wallpapers, and post on public viewing platforms without credit as long as you or others do not take credit for the creation of said commission.

➞ if reposting your commissioned artwork online in high quality, try to always post the watermarked version. This protects your commission and my art from any art theft.

◦ you are not allowed to reproduce the piece in any way for profit (NFTs, tracing, selling merchandise, etc.) without agreeing to pay for the respective commercial rights from me.

◦ the artwork may be printed for personal use, not commercial use.

◦ you are not allowed to use the artwork for any technology related to NFTs, cryptocurrency, or AI.

◦ no reselling of any commissioned art unless appropriate commercial rights have been agreed upon and paid for.

𝗔𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗶𝘀𝘁,

• I reserve the right to decline a commission without explanation.

• I reserve full rights to the artwork, that includes posting WIPs, streaming the artwork progress, etc.

• I may charge more depending on the complexity of the design.

• Should you try to scam me or go against my T.O.S, I reserve the right to put you on a public blacklist.

• Should you break my T.O.S, you willingly open yourself up to litigation.

𝗥𝗲𝗳𝘂𝗻𝗱 𝗣𝗼𝗹𝗶𝗰𝘆

• 100% refund if I have not started work your commission and you'd like to cancel.

• 50% refund if we are past or at the rough draft stage.

• No refunds we are past the sample sketch stage.

• If by any reason I cannot finish your commission and you've already paid, I will refund you 100% the amount.

𝗚𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗶𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀

➞ you must pay the total quoted price in full within 48 hours, otherwise I will not pursue your commission and take you out of the queue or waitlist.

➞ different versions of your desired commission may be provided for you to choose from.

➞ you may make any changes at this point.

➞ you will approve the final draft for your commission.

➞ you can only make minor changes at this point.

➞ screenshots of the work in progress may be sent at this point for minor changes.

• major changes cost additional fees varying on the amount of change and what stage we are at when the changes are desired.

𝗪𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗱𝗿𝗮𝘄/𝗪𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗱𝗿𝗮𝘄

 for the character wanted are highly recommended and prioritized, but if not possible, online images and a description of what the character should look like is enough to start working on it. (Be advised, if done this way, the results will vary more and the model may or may not be exactly what you expected as there was no clear reference to start with)

I will follow the reference you give me as close as possible; once the 

, you cannot give me any new references to follow; you may only do this for small tweaks.

If you have a drawn reference for a character, but would prefer me to draw them in a 

, please let me know before starting and I will gladly adapt the character to the style you want within my abilities.

 once a milestone is achieved in the process of the piece, and you will be able to ask for as many updates as you like throughout the whole process. I also keep a public queue tracker visible that shows how far along each commission is in the process.

Character reference sheets, PSD for rigging, mood boards, sample of poses / angles / expressions, any other relevant files or links.

For desktop or laptop the piece will be horizontal, and for phones it will be vertical.
