Unless otherwise agreed, the services are to be paid in advance. The payment will be processed through VGen.

When I create art for you, I enjoy creative freedom. If you are not satisfied with the art or my style does not meet your expectations, it is not my fault. Therefore, you need to review the art and services I provide to you immediately and inform me of any issues or concerns. Two free corrections are included in the price.

If you have a deadline for your commission, I'll do my best to meet it. If not, I'll try to finish your commission within the estimated time shown in the commission listings. If there are delays due to unforeseen circumstances or illness, I will contact you immediately. Meeting the delivery date depends on answering all important questions, providing all needed references, approving submitted works in progress, and receiving or making payment on time.

The final files will be delivered via Vgen upload, if this function is available. Otherwise, I'll provide a download link via Google Drive.

I will not sell your illustrations, designs, PNG tubers, emotes, or animations to anyone else. However, I reserve the right to create and sell emotes or animations inspired by them. Additionally, I have the right to use the images for my portfolio.

What are you allowed to do with your commission?

Unless otherwise agreed, you can only use the images for personal use.

Commercial use for your live stream is included. You can use the emotes for Twitch and other streaming platforms, your Discord server, as profile pictures, and as stream decorations such as parts in your stream overlay or infographics. You are also allowed to edit and add details to them, such as seasonal decorations.

You are not allowed to resell or provide them for free to any third parties. Additionally, you cannot use them to print on merchandise or create digital products. (This needs an extra license) You are not allowed to sell it as NFT. You are not allowed to use it to train AI or to edit it with AI.

Commercial use for your live stream is included. You can resize it.

My provided services are protected by copyright law. The laws regarding work contracts and copyright protection also apply. Just paying for my services doesn't automatically permit you to use them commercially. If you want to use my work for commercial purposes, we'll need to come to a separate agreement about the rights and payment for that use.

You can cancel your commission before I start with the sketch phase.

If you are a Vgen user, communication via Vgen chat is preferred. Otherwise, I'll reach out to you through Discord or Instagram.
