I reserve the right to decline your commission if I do not feel comfortable completing it.

I require full payment before any work begins.

Timing of the project will vary depending on commission type, complexity, and my workload.

Projects with tight deadlines (less than 2 weeks) will have an additional rush fee.

I will send progress shots at each stage (sketch, line, base colour, shading).

Major revisions can only be requested at the sketch stage, but minor revisions are allowed at all other stages.

Once the final piece has been approved, revisions will not be considered.

Full credit must be provided with my name (snoww) and Twitter (@snoww28)

I retain original ownership of the artwork which includes but is not limited to use on social media, portfolio, or use in advertising.

I have rights to repurpose process work for future projects, personal or otherwise.

Unless requested otherwise, there is the possibility that the process can be posted to Twitter or streamed on Twitch/Youtube.

Please do not modify, edit or change the work outside of what has been agreed upon with me.

Unless specified in the request or otherwise discussed, commercial usage and reselling rights are not included. Commercial means usage on any monetized work.

Any work done or made available must not be used for any NFT, blockchain or AI training purposes.

Once completed work has been delivered, refunds will not be accepted.

If there is a cancellation at the early stages of the commission, possibility for partial refund will be discussed.

I will let you know if there is any reason for significant delays or priority shifts in the project.

Base price covers busts/headshots, thigh-up starts from 90 CAD, and fullbody starts from 100 CAD
