Before commissioning, please read what I can/can't draw. It gets updated the more I draw and learn.

I have the right to decline your commission if I am not comfortable with the ideas, topics, or characters.

You will be informed of any issues or delays that may happen.

A sketch or draft will be sent for approval. I need approval before working on the full commission. If there is a delay in your response, the delivery of the final commission will also be delayed.

Additional charges may apply depending on complexity.

Payments must be paid in full before I begin work on the commission.

No refunds after payment is sent. Unless there is a reason which renders me to be unable to complete the commission.

Very complex designs (like Final Fantasy). These can be simplified.

Other things not part of these lists will be noted with client notification given.

Revisions will only be accepted during the sketch phase.

Up to 3 Minor Revisions, Only 1 Major Revision.

Some categories may have a reduced or increased revision count. This will be noted in the respective description.

Remember that I am a human person, I am not a robot, I have a life outside the computer, so patience is much appreciated, as I am an artist who usually has a lot of orders and I usually take a long time.

The waiting time can vary based on many variables. For example: the number people ahead of your commission, the number of drawings, complexity of the request(s), the type of commission, etc.

Files will be delivered via Google Drive/.zip/Dropbox.

: Only for use as PFP (Profile Picture), header, post and personal prints. Usage must not be involved in any campaign, sponsorship, subathon, donathon or any gains of profit.

: For usage in monetized livestreaming, music cover, videos & more.

: All of the above privileges above and the rights to sell the art as merchandise.

As the artist, I retain all intellectual property rights to the commissioned work.

Clients are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the commissioned work for personal use, streaming, and content creation only.

It is strictly prohibited for clients to commercially use, reproduce, distribute, and/or modify the commissioned work without my prior written permission.

I retain the right to showcase commissioned work in my portfolio or on my social media platforms, unless otherwise agreed upon with the client.

You must credit as @Shumokuzame and include my VGen, Twitch, and/or X/Twitter link.

Refunds will only be issued in the event of an error on my part. Please note that all sales are final.
