by commissioning me, you agree to the following, iff you fail to follow the rules provided I have the right to decline your commission.

You acknowledge that I'm a digital illustrator and my work is digital only, meaning there won't be any shipping of physical goods.

Any ill behavior will not be tolerated and your commission will be canceled if it occurs.

 is allowed to mint my artwork as a NFT (Non Fungible Token); I'm not interested in partaking in cryptocurrencies and NFTs. My art, whether commissioned, pre-existing or merchandise work, can not be minted into an NFT by commissioner nor anyone else.

 is allowed to use my artwork to feed Artificial Intelligence (AI);

All commissions must all be paid in full upfront.

Don't send me any payment before I have agreed to give you a slot and requested you to send me the payment.

The commissioner can request major changes at, or before the sketch phase, such as revisions, pose, outfit, character, etc.

Changes requested after the sketch phase will be restricted to minor adjustments. Large revisions after the sketch phase will also incur additional cost.

The commissioner may have 3 small revisions after the commission is delivered. Additional changes after completion will incur additional cost

Errors on part of the artist (uncolored areas, missing marks, etc.) will always be corrected for free

The time it takes to finish your commission varies 

 depending on many factors such as; health, order of commission, complexity, work, college or family issues.

Deadlines and rush orders can be arranged with an additional fee.

If anything comes up that will slow the progress of the initially estimated delivery time I will let you know asap.

Once the piece is finished you will receive the full-resolution image along with a web-friendly size throught your email or a sta.sh link with all the images.

 My work is for personal or private use only, meaning i do not allow my art to be used for unauthorized commercial purposes or profit unless commercial usage is specifically accorded at the time the order is made.

As the artist i still mantain all and absolute rights to my works; this includes publishing the work on my socials, adding it as a part of my portfolio, including the work in artbooks and editorial projects, selling prints of my artworks (previously commissioned or not), unless otherwise accorded with the client.

Neither commissioner nor anyone else is allowed to edit, trace, copy, or remove the watermark from the finished product.

You're not allowed to claim my art as your own, even in the case of a paid commission. Credits to me ( ©scorpianni; the artist) or a link going back to one of my socials must be explicitly given anytime the art is showcased.

I, as the artist, reserves the right to cancel a commission at any time.

I do not allow chargebacks or disputes; for any issue, or if you'd like to discuss about a refund, you can contact me anytime and I'd be glad to clarify any concern you may have.

Refunds will be available in different percentages depending on the commission's status:

) will be only given if I haven't started working on your commission or if I, as the artist, won't be able to complete your order or have taken more than six months;

 will be given in coloring/background phase, or if commission is finished.

I will ensure communication whenever I move a step forward in the art process, but feel free to ask how the work is going!

I will contact in every step of the artwork (sketch, lineart, coloring, shading, rendering) to make sure that the artwork is the way that the client expects.

Include all relevant reference images of your character (at least from the chest and up) along with any description of what you want.
