Policy

Payment is up-front. I will not start working until the payment is fully done.

Once payment goes through I will make a sketch of your idea which you will have to approve. Important changes can ONLY be done at the sketching phase.

Waiting time to receive the commission can be 1 to 4 weeks, if i need more time it will be communicated.

If you CLAIM BACK the money after the payment was fully done, I will cancel your commission immediately and you will be blocked + blacklisted

I will share Works in Progress with you. I usually share three (sketch, coloring stage and rendering) This communication helps me know that you're satisfied with the progress and helps you feel secure, knowing that your art is being done.

I will not make changes to the art once its sent over fully.

If the client's commission is PERSONAL USE, they are not allowed to distribute or sell the art in any way.

Personal use commissions will not change price.

However, commercial use commissions will increase in price depending on how and what the client is planning to sell.

Price above x200% MINIMUM (Can be negotiated)

Full credit to the illustrator as the maker of the art the client is using.

If the client is planning to share the commissioned piece on social media, they shall do the following: -Credit the illustrator with their social media handle

-The client can't claim they did the art in any way

Printed for a personal, non-commercial use print

Illustrator shall use the client's commissioned art for social media posts or portfolios.

The illustrator forbids the client to reproduce and distribute the commissioned art in the form of a Non Fungible Token

The illustrator forbids the client to use the commissioned art to train or feed any Al tool or program.
