General ToS

Revisions during the sketch process is free. 

After flat colors are laid down clients can only request 3 free revisions after which I will charge extra,

Minor revisions do not cost anything or use free revision slot.

Commission completion may take up to a month based on factors like complexity, artist availability, and unforeseen circumstances.

Clients will be promptly informed of any delays or issues affecting completion.

Files will be sent as either JPEG, or PNG. If the clients request for a CSP or PSD file please state what you will be needing it for. Note: the purchase of this product does not guarantee a PSD or CSP file. The client is only guaranteed a PNG or JPEG file of the completed piece. 

The use of the work must be discussed with the artist. 

Artist retains all rights to commissioned drawings.

Artist may use the artwork for self-promotion, publication, and display unless requested otherwise by the client.

Clients may use artwork for personal use only unless otherwise agreed upon.

Printing and promotional use allowed with proper artist credit and permission.

Unauthorized actions such as claiming credit, removing watermarks, or altering artwork without consent are considered infringement.

Infringement results in loss of client rights to the artwork.

Artist reserves the right to cancel and refund commissions.

Clients cannot demand refunds after payment, except in cases where payment has not yet been made.

Chargebacks result in loss of client rights to commissioned artwork.

Clients engaging in chargebacks are publicly identified, banned from future commissions, and subject to legal action.

Provide concise and organized references.

Maintain respectful behaviour throughout our interaction. Any disrespectful conduct will result in cancellation of the commission.

Failure to adhere to provided guidelines may lead to commission refusal.

All commissions require an initial payment (half of the total price) followed by a final payment.

Note: the purchase of this product does not guarantee a PSD or CSP file. The client is only guaranteed a .cmo3 and .jpg file of the completed piece and character reference sheet.

Minimum $30. Note: At 30 the most you will get is a bust up sketch.

Any details you provide in the description may or not be adhered to! Specific character, fan art, outfit requests, will definitely remain in the final piece.  Things such as lighting, composition, and pose directives may or may not be in the final piece.

This is the angle your VTuber will be facing by default. If your unsure what this means search up 3/4 Angle Vtuber. Due to the increased difficulty 3/4 cost extra.
