•Payment plans can be discussed! both 25% and 50% are available and will be paid in a timely manner! I am rather flexible with timing, so if more time is needed between payments that is alright! Progress will simply be paused until you are ready!

3 large revisions and 4 small revisions are allowed! Once these have been used, fees will apply depending on the changed requested!

Payment must be made before any work is started. A payment plan may be put into place, however, but half must be paid upfront before starting! Please keep this in mind before wanting a deadline as this will halt the process if payments are not being made and a refund will not be able to be issued later. I am more then fine with waiting, but while I am waiting on payment I will not be working; thus I will not be rushing to meet the deadline~ The timer stops, so please be sure before requesting a deadline that you are able to meet the payment requirements to stay on schedule first.

•I do not do deadlines by default. If a deadline is necessary the commission please express that in your initial quoting message, otherwise a deadline will be discarded unless I am able at the time to take the extra payment afterwards. If that has not been purchased, please do not rush me to finish by a certain time, constantly ask for updates in very short amounts of time (asking for updates in general is fine! Just please try to space them out reasonably!) or behave as if there is a deadline. I typically work on multiple commissions at once for efficiency, so unless you have paid the rush fee, I cannot only work on your commission unless you are the only one on queue. I unfortunately cannot devote time to commissions as readily as I'd like to, so again, I thank you for your patience in advance!

IF YOU PURCHASE A DEADLINE, THE FOLLOWING DOES NOT APPLY!

•Wait times will be very long (depending) as I have a very long queue typically, but you are free to message me at any point! please check my Trello to see if I’m working on a piece in the “Doing” section. If you are there, you may request updates and WIPs~ I would prefer to give you quality over rushing! I appreciate your patience in advance!! Please note that unless I am unable to complete your commission or you have not paid for a deadline, you cannot get a refund after the sketch has been completed. Thank you!

•Do not redistribute, remove my watermark, claim as your own, or use my work for profit. If reposting, you are only allowed to post the watermarked version as well as giving credit in the post. (Art by @_rina_xo/ @/_rina_xo ).

•Standard commercial rights [for an independent Vtuber] are included in the pricing. Standard commercial rights include:

#1-1 -Using a model, screen or artwork on thumbnails, monetized videos and streams, promotional images, reference for 3D adaptations, and is free to be resold at the price purchased + whatever extras that may have been added onto the model (such as assets, more art, art you have purchased from me of the model, etc)

 #2-1 -Hiring other artists to make original merch with designs I have made (Only models apply to this, please see Rule #2-2 for further specification)

#3-1- Hiring other artists to do outfits for the model (if nude base is purchased)

#1-2 -Editing/altering the artwork of models, animation or illustration (outside of what VTS offers in accordance to models)or using the artwork as a base/heavy reference to replicate and resell. This includes offering commissions using the artwork as a base or replicating it for profit.

#2-2 -selling the artwork done by me on merchandising, patreon (or any other pay-to-view website) in the form of prints, "pay to view" artwork, exclusives, etc. Please contact me if you are unsure ( though please note that if you are using it as promotional imagery on these websites, that is perfectly fine. ) In addition, artwork created by me cannot be replicated by another artist to sell on merchandising. Referencing the model for accuracy is okay, but replicating illustrations or animations I have done is not allowed.

Please note that other artists can also not edit my model artwork. New outfits are okay, but a nude base must be purchased from me during the order; please do not hire another artist to directly edit my artwork.

#3-2-Feeding the artwork into any AI software.

These are things that require an additional commercial rights payment [minus rule #2-2 and #3-2 as those rules are STRICTLY prohibited.] the pricing for those rights can be discussed. 

• Corporations, companies, agencies, etc. will have a higher base and additional commercial rights fee depending on the size. 

• All standard rules still apply, but the fee will not be included in the price as it would be for INDIE vtubers. Instead, there will be a STANDARD rights purchase and a FULL rights purchase. This pricing will be discussed and negotiated before work begins. Please heed all other rules as normal.

Refunds will not be issued after the sketch is completed unless the following is faulted on my end:

•Failure to complete the the commission

• Partial rush fee refunding for missed deadlines {up to a full rush fee refund if no work has been completed

•Any reason involving the art not being able to be delivered unless it is entirely out of the control of any party (compensation will be given in the form of whatever work lost being redone for no extra cost to the client and a potential rush fee refund)

• Missed deadlines under client liability (such as adding extra things after the commission was ordered when a deadline is set, unpaid work halt, multiple time-consuming revisions or lack of communication as it halts the process)

• Things outside of control (such as; power outages, sickness, PC issues, emergencies, and injuries (though rush fee will be refunded if it impedes the deadline)

•Payment is up front, you can choose to wait to release the funds if you wish, however the final artwork will not be given until the funds are released.

Payment must be made before any work is started. The turn around time can typically be up to 1 week, and delays in that process will be made known to you on a case by case basis. Deadlines are usually not accepted unless it is over 10 days, or not at all if there is a queue.

🍓•Do not redistribute, claim as your own, or use my work for profit. If reposting, you are only allowed to post the work as long as you are giving credit in the post. (Art by @_rina_xo/ @/_rina_xo ).

🍓You may not edit, copy, trace, or replicate the artwork. You may not use it as a base, or attempt to resell the artwork in the form of replicated digital items. (selling the work for it's value along with the vtuber, however, is alright)

Commercial rights are not given upon purchase of the artwork. Here is what you are able to do with the artwork by default!:

(free stickers not included with purchases are not subject to this rule)

🍓Upload to pay-to view sites, subscriber only, or sub-to-join spaces like discord servers. 

🍓Use the artwork for any sort of monetary purposes.

🍓With a commercial license, you will not be bound to any of the monetary rules listed above. While credit is still necessary, you will be able to create merchandising using the artwork and any other monetary gain from the artwork. Rules about replication still apply. The licenses are a one time purchase and do not expire.
