By commissioning me you agree to the following guidelines and stipulations. I am not responsible for the reader not reading and understanding my TOS and it is their responsibility to ask if there is confusion after reading this.

Please provide any necessary details within your request.

I do not take responsibility for any complications due to missing information.

For very high priced work I might request additionally signing a contract.

I reserve the right to use commissioned pieces for future promotion, such as portfolios or online showcases.

Commissioned art will be shown on my social media such as progress streams on Twitch or posts on Twitter, please disclose secrecy if you wish for me to not show progress.

I reserve the right to decline a commission I do not feel comfortable doing without giving further reason.

All payments will be done through VGens System. Payment plans can be discussed.

 work will start after 100% has been paid in advance.

 : work will start after a 50% non refundable down payment.

Prices include 2 revision requests in the sketch phase and two minor revisions after completion. After the detailed sketch has been approved any mayor revision  caused by no fault of mine will be billed at an additional 25€ per hour of worktime.

You will receive updates on your commission depending on its type.

( usually rough sketch -> detailed sketch/lineart -> final)

Final HD files without watermark will only be given out after the commission has been paid in full.

I will uphold a deadline if discussed within the request.

Rush orders will have an additional fee of 1.5x the price (up to 2 weeks)

In the case of me not being able to finish the work before the deadline I will contact you so we can discuss any delays or alternative solutions.

You will receive ready to use files according to your commission request upon completion (for example pngs for twitch emotes, gifs for animated etc) please note if any specific type of file is needed. 

I do not take any responsibility or keeping the files on my end after delivery and may delete them.

Please make sure to keep a copy for yourself i may not be able to provide a backup.

You may not edit commissioned art without my permission in writing.

You may not resell and redistribute commissioned art without permission in writing.

You may not use any of my work in anything related to the gaming industry.

3D commission such as throwables may only be used in he respective program not as game assets or the like. Contact me if you would like models for that purpose.

You may not use my art for NFTs, Crypto, to train AI or anything relating to these matters.

You must not claim my art as your own and must credit me visibly for any public usage of my art, preferrably via link to my carrd (https://rhyfu.carrd.co/) or @ on a social media platform I am active on.

For emotes on twitch please also use the emote attribution system.

Commercial rights are not included unless purchased: This means commissioned art for private use are only to be used for and by yourself. You may use commissioned art to print it and hang it up your wall, use it as your phone wallpaper or show your D&D group. You may not use commissioned art, for example, to post on your social media to promote your VTuber business or print merch unless the appropriate commercial rights have been purchased as well.

Be aware that using the art in any capacity in relation to streaming is commercial use.

By commissioning me you agree to not violate any third party rights

You are required to contact me by email in order to cancel a commission request before work started.

I do not offer refunds under any circumstances. 

You are not authorized for a charge back request for any reason without contacting and discussing the situation with me first. 

Communication should be mainly through VGen or email ( rhyfuu@gmail.com ).

Please do not contact me on discord or social media unless discussed prior.

price depends on style choice, detail level of designs and detail level of background

My styles can range widely so please make sure to specify with image references of my artworks which style you'd like me to use ( for example: rough painterly, stained glass effect, clean painting, cel shading etc)

1 simplistic Illustration (minimal shading and uncomplicated posing)

backgrounds will be minimal colors or shapes

price is per character and based on complexity of design

if you would like a more complicated illustration in a simplistic style please use the "complex illustration" option

Handmade 3D model for use as a Throwable or prop !

Can be based on pre-made designs or custom based upon your request.

file format will depend on program specifications

+ custom design will have an upcharge depending on complexity

Commercial Use where the object is the main focus - 2x the price (for example a main prop or mascot)
