By commissioning me, you are agreeing to the following terms. Please read through them carefully and feel free to contact me if you have any questions or need clarification.

- After payment is received, you will be added to the commission queue.

- Turnaround time is typically 2 weeks - 1 month, depending on the number of commissions that have been accepted at the time and your place in the queue.

- Commissions are completed "skeb-style" with little to no communication throughout the process, as this allows me the most creativity and efficiency with my work process. If you have any specific requests, please note them in your order form or contact me privately immediately after ordering.

- Minor changes (small details, colors) are possible upon delivery of the finished commission.

- Finished commissions will be sent via email in PNG or JPG file format, 300 dpi, at the listed resolution size or larger, unless otherwise requested. I will send a full resolution artwork and a smaller web version (with watermark/artist signature) for the client to post online, if they wish to do so.

- Unless previously discussed otherwise, commission is for personal use only. Not for commercial use; client may not profit from the artwork by selling any products made with the artwork.

- Commission may not be used as an NFT or on the blockchain in any way or form.

- Client is allowed to resize or crop the commissioned to use as icons, thumbnails, wallpapers and other non-commercial graphics, but may not alter the artwork itself.

- Unless previously discussed otherwise, I retain all the rights to my work, which includes but is not limited to redistributing or reproducing the artwork in another for, or displaying the commission in my portfolio or social media for work sample or self-promotion purposes.

- Client is more than free to share your commission publicly to social media, as long as they credit for my work and attach links to my accounts on Twitter (@rennatelier) or Instagram (@rennnatelier)

- Generally, commissions are non-refundable once ordered unless in special circumstances that will ve assessed on a case-by-case basis.

- If for any unjustifiable reason I am unable to finish the commission and no compromise on a deadline extension can be met, client will receive a full refund.

This document can and will be edited at any time without the need of further notice.

Commercial use comes with extra charge that should be discussed before commissioning.

Permission to be posted on my social media accounts or part of my commissions portfolio.

Character reference sheets, mood boards, sample of poses / angles / expressions, any other relevant files or links.

Please include the COLOR of the chain, and the shell COLOR/PATTERN or any motifs you'd like included, otherwise I will base it off the refs that are included.

Please include the COLOR & SHAPE to use for the end beads (can be any simple shape such a heart, circle, star, flower, etc) and what LETTERS to use for the charm (looks best if the word/name is less than 6 letters long)

Tamatoy Comm

Along with the color and markings of your hamster, please also include a little about the personality, quirks, or anything else you'd like to see included on the final design! Due to the simple style for these, characters with details such as hair or complex clothing, esp on the lower half of the body will be simplified when drawn as hamsters. 

Additional charges will apply for extra held items or props/items placed around the character.

Get a virtual pet-inspired version of your OC, pet, or other little guy-sized character! Human characters are also welcome, but keep in mind they will be extra chibi-fied. Characters will be simplified into a BW lineart-only tiny chibi. You can customize the color and design of the chain and shell casing, too!
