Terms of Service

By commissioning artwork from Prinki, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms are designed to ensure a clear understanding between the Artist and the Client and to protect the rights and interests of both parties.

The Artist reserves the right to reject any commission request if the Artist is uncomfortable with the subject matter or for any other reason.

Payment Method: All payments are to be made via VGen.

Initial Revisions: The Client may request changes during the ‘rough sketch’ phase. Changes should be communicated clearly before the Artist proceeds to detailed sketching.

No Last-Minute Changes: Major changes, such as altering significant elements (e.g., changing a sword to an axe), will not be accepted once the detailed sketch is completed. The Client must communicate any major changes before making the initial payment.

Rough Sketch: Changes to the composition, pose, or general layout can be requested.

Detailed Sketch: Minor adjustments, such as adding small accessories (e.g., a ribbon or bracelet), can be requested.

Line Art: No changes will be accepted during the line art stage.

Flat Coloring: Color adjustments can be made, but no changes to the line art or composition will be accepted.

Rendering: No changes can be made once rendering has begun.

Artist's Rights: The Artist retains all rights to the commissioned artwork, including the right to include the work in portfolios, self-promotion, and displays on websites and social media.

Signature: The Client must not remove the Artist's signature from the artwork under any circumstances.

The Client may share the commissioned artwork on social media platforms, provided that credit is given to the Artist by tagging or mentioning @prinkidoodles in the post description or bio.

Standard Completion Time: The Artist does not accept deadlines shorter than three weeks. During holiday periods, commissions may be completed in less than a week. During school terms, sketches will typically be sent within a week, and final artwork may take between three to six weeks to complete, depending on the Artist's schedule and the Client's response time.

Extended Deadlines: Commissions with additional characters or complex details may require a minimum of four weeks for completion. The Artist will communicate any expected delays promptly.

The final artwork will be delivered as a high-resolution PNG file via email. Upon request, the Artist may also provide a TIFF file.

The Artist will provide frequent updates throughout the commission process and will seek the Client’s feedback at each stage. Please note that changes can only be made during specific stages, as outlined above.

By commissioning the Artist, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.

Character reference sheets, PSD for rigging, mood boards, sample of poses / angles / expressions, any other relevant files or links.

Pose, traits, multiple characters, add-ons, etc. If your character has anything very intricate the price will go up. If you leave the pose up to me, you'll get better art because I will choose proper references that I can study and replicate.

Choice of bust, half-body (includes thigh-up) or full body.

I will deliver a PNG of your commission with a small signature. Upon request, I may also provide a TIFF file.

The only objects that the character interacts with, are the one seen in the descriptions.

HEART

Two characters in half-body (can be updated to full body) in a scene.

You can choose between 2 backgrounds: summer and winter.

Half-body illustration of your character, maybe interacting with a prop. With an art nouveau style border around them.

The files will be delivered in PNG. You will get two files one of them with a watermark to be posted online and the other one without one.
