General Commission Policy

⋄Clients are NOT permitted, under any circumstances, to use any part of their commissioned rigged model for non-fungible tokens. Use of the artwork for any advertising or profits associated with non-fungible tokens or cryptocurrency is STRICTLY PROHIBITED.

⋄I retain the right to turn down any commission I am not comfortable with.

⋄I will ask for your permission to stream the rigging process on my Twitch channel unless you wish to keep your model a secret.

⋄I am allowed to make social media posts about my work. If the model has not debuted, I will ask for permission as well.

⋄I am allowed to use your completed model as a showcase/in a reel. Proper credits to the rigger/artists/model will be included.

⋄Payment is will be done in 2 parts. 50% upfront before I start the commission, and the remaining 50% right before I deliver the fully rigged model. 

⋄No refunds once I have started the piece.

⋄If you file a chargeback claim against me, you lose all rights to content made for you and you will be blacklisted from my commissions.

⋄Fee includes 3 complimentary major revisions, any further revisions will be subject to fees.

⋄Minor revisions such as change in physics or tweaks in deformers are included in the fees.

⋄Further major revisions and redraws will require additional fees.

⋄Please communicate with me when there are any comments or changes you want. The earlier the better. When I make any changes, I will inform you and receive acknowledgement before I proceed.

⋄Rush job will be subject to x2 the project fee.

⋄If I am not able to complete the project by the agreed hard deadline, a refund will be issued.

⋄You may use your commissioned work for the purposes agreed in the project proposal.

⋄If you find errors I made in the artwork/model after it has been delivered, I offer adjustments free of charge. Additional updates to models do not fall under errors.

⋄Please credit the work accordingly. e.g. Mama (Illustrator) or Papa (Rigger)

⋄For my work, please credit Phi or @heyphifi in the appropriate fields.

⋄Do not redistribute the model file without my permission.

⋄No refunds once I have started the project, exception to this term is under Deadlines and Delivery.

⋄We can communicate through the following channels: Discord, Twitter, Instagram, Email.

⋄I am not responsible for any misunderstandings if the Terms & Conditions are not read thoroughly. Please ask if there is anything you are unsure about.

In commissioning me, you agree that you have read the Terms & Conditions thoroughly and commit to them fully.
