In every stage of the process I'll send you a pic → Sketch > Rough colour > Final version > Completion.

Only major changes in the sketch and rough colour stage, minor changes when it's the final version.

Major changes at final version will have an extra fee.

4 weeks at max. Rush fee may apply if you need it sooner.

Commercial use for Twitch/Youtube included.

Commercial use for Merchandise / ads / print has an extra fee.

PLEASE credit where possible! ♥ specially when using it in Twitch (with the Twitch attribution system).

Due to the nature of this work, there will be no refunds.

My work hours are from Monday to Friday (9:00 to 21:00 CL).

I will wait 4 days for you to respond with feedback of the progress, if the client fails to respond to feedback/revision, I will continue without the client’s feedback. I am not responsible for any unsatisfactory element of the finished project if there was no feedback.

The client is responsible for saving any information given by me. I try to preserve the final piece up to 3 months, however I cannot guarantee that.

Extra fee for 1 week rush delivery +15 USD

Pose can be changed, it may include an extra fee.

+2 USD for each different detail in every badge

Canvas size is 4000x8000 px, but depending on the model it can down size.

Minor revisions are free of charge when the rigger needs it.
