Terms Of Service

I reserve the right to refuse any commission for any reason.

Please know that you may reach out to may anytime and that my response time is usually pretty quick (My best times range between 3-10 pm.) I will give updates on the commission, feel free to reach out if you want more updates or questions!

Please supply me with visual references! This is mainly so we are all on the same page. Text descriptions are totally fine, just visuals are preferred!

Payment is upfront and through VGen. I will need to receive payment before I begin the commission unless discussed otherwise.

If the service is 100 USD or above, you can pay half up front first and the other half before the rendering phase. I will not complete the drawing unless all payment is received.

Animal/Furries (However things like animal ears and tails are fine!)

 Sketch stages, Colouring Stages, and Final stage (minor changes for Final)

Heavy revision in the final stage will be charged depending on the complexity of the commission work.

Most commissions will take roughly 2 to 3 weeks to complete. 

If you request the commission to be completed earlier, a fee will apply depending on the service. Please keep in mind that more complex commissions may take up to 2 months and I will be sure to communicate that.

Once completed, it'll be sent through VGen to ensure you have the full file (Discord/other social media platforms generally compress images.) You can request it be sent in other ways too, however!

All commissions can be used for streaming or personal use. If you intend to use it for merchandise or prints, this must be communicated first.

For the commercial purpose, please contact me for a discussion.

 (eg: 20 USD for the original price, therefore, 40 USD for the commercial price). The price can be negotiable as well.

clients want to change the commission art from personal use to commercial use, the client has to pay double as well

 which should be discussed with the artist.

Use of my artwork for AI training is strictly prohibited.

Partial refunds will be given while sketching and before the coloring/rendering phase however, after that, I can't offer a refund. I can not give you a refund after the work is completed. 

Character reference sheets, PSD for rigging, mood boards, sample of poses / angles / expressions, any other relevant files or links.

Pose, traits, multiple characters, add-ons, etc.

Commission

A bust-up drawing of a character of your choosing!

A Transparent background of the drawing will be included!

You can request an extra character for 50% of the base for the additional character!

Please let me know if you are using this commercially since that will change the price! (Roughly double the price) This doesn't include things like PFP or just overall personal use.
