General Policy

As the artist, I have the right to claim the commissioned artwork as my own, and advertise it on any of my social media, portfolios, etc, with my watermark.

The client may not claim, edit, trace, copy, or modify finished artwork of mine without my permission.

The client may not use commissioned artwork for commercial use unless consent is given by the artist.

References go a long way in helping me draw what you envision. Be it a long series of paragraphs, images from any media you like/irl, a 2-minute sketch in MS Paint, or a doodle on a napkin; anything that helps get your idea across is greatly appreciated.

If you'd like to post the final commission, please credit my twitter (@2nochuu) with the post.

You may use the commissioned artwork for all kinds of personal use: profile pictures, desktop/phone backgrounds, printed for personal enjoyment and not for profit, etc.

I have the right to refuse commissions that are out of my expertise/comfort.

Please make sure you are able to be messaged on vgen or whichever social platform you wish to discuss details on.

Full payment is made before starting on the sketch.

I have the right to share the commissioned work on my social media. Please clarify if you want this to be worked on in secret and not be posted publically. 

Private commissions will have an added 15% fee.

 (If you need this art kept secret for an announcement of some kind, and afterwards are okay with me sharing it on social media, then no private fee is necessary) 

 Maximum of 5 (or the limit in the request form) characters in one canvas. The price for adding a 2nd character is about +100% the base cost, which may vary depending on complexity. The price for further additional characters is an added +80%, +60%, and +40%. (also note that this will add length to the expected delivery date)

 No refunds are accepted after the rough draft has been approved and I've moved on to the rendering phase. Refunds are only possible at this point if something incapacitates me and I am unable to finish your commission.

 are only available before any payment has been made.

Please expect at least 4 - 14 days for me to finish your commission once everything has been discussed and agreed upon. Time for completion may take longer depending on life factors out of my control.

After payment is received and we agree upon the details, I will begin the 

I will send you the first draft of the sketch and ask for feedback/revisions. I will only do 2-3 major revisions, but minor corrections for small details/facial expression are fine.

 where I give the sketch proper lineart and coloring. At this point major changes such as different poses, characters, outfits, etc are not allowed, only very minor details.

The finished illustration will be sent you to via vgen, email or other messaging systems of choice.

I will also try keep you up to date on when I expect to be done, when I'm just about to finish, if things come up that will extend the expected time, etc.

Printing only for enjoyment (e.g. if you want to print it out as a poster for your room it is allowed. If you want to print it out as a poster and then sell or profit off of it, it is not allowed.)

Art / Graphic for any business-related work / website.

Promotional material, CD covers, game assets, book covers, etc.

By "Rough & Simple" I mostly just mean using the base sketch as the "lineart," directly coloring after the sketch (usually with a pencil-y textured brush), with less precision in some of the details of the design. I hope the examples clear things up ;;

Please specify desired canvas resolution, otherwise I'll decide on my own

By "Clean & Detailed" I mean that the sketch will be cleaned up through lineart, and it would have more detail than the "Rough & Simple" service. Please take a look at the examples from both services, I hope they clear things up better than my words can ;;
