◈ Delivery will include: full res transparent PNG, full res PNG with background(when applicable), and a PNG with my watermark and glaze & nightshade applied. If you chose to upload the piece standalone online, i ask that you post the watermarked and protected version.

I will deny your commission if it is any of the following:

◈ any artwork promoting or in affiliation with any hateful message/group. i will not tolerate any racist/homophobic/transphobic requests.

◈ any overtly sexual or grotesque artwork. mild injury and/or suggestive themes are subject to approval.

◈ extremely detailed mechanical or armored designs. designs will either be simplified or an additional complexity charge will be applied.

◈ discreet fetish art. (Art that can be passed as safe for work but meant for sexual purposes.)

◈ portrayal of ANY underage or childish characters in a sexual manner.

I reserve the right to refuse or reject any orders, regardless of the reason.

◈ usage on social media (banner/profile pictures), streaming content, ect. are allowed without prior request as long as 

credit to @NeronHelvetios is visible. (if posting to twitter, please tag me directly in the post or in a reply whenever possible!)

◈ usage of my works is exclusive to the commissioner.

◈ usage of my work for any other commercial purposes (merchandise/unauthorized advertisements) without prior payment/discussion is forbidden.

◈ usage of my work for any blockchain technology (such as nft) or AI training is forbidden.

any usage violations will result in complete retraction of rights to the image as well as a permanent blacklist from commissions in the future.

◈ i will send you a sketch for approval before i begin linework and coloring. if no response is sent after one week, i will continue with the commission and any major changes are subject to extra charge. this is to ensure my queue is kept moving and my workflow does not become backed up.

◈ during the sketch phase, you may request any amount of changes. after the sketch is complete, major changes may be subject to an extra charge.

◈ the time to complete your commission can take up to 2-3 months to complete due to health/disability reasons as well as the workload from my other job. if for any reason a major delay happens or if i am no longer able to complete the piece, refund and cancellation can be discussed. you are always welcome to ask for progress updates!

◈ commission process may be streamed/posted unless specifically requested otherwise beforehand.

these are SKEB-LIKE, meaning once the proposal is accepted, no communication will occur until the final piece is delivered.
