That way I can give you a budget! :) I'm very flexible to character design so I'm sure we can do something that will fit in your budget!
The Character Design (or Reference Sheet) can be finalized in Sketch-ish, Flat Color or Rendered style. We can always use more than one style. I also can design a cool and more detailed background in case you request to.
