Tips are highly appreciated, but never necessary! 

I allow up to three revisions free of charge! After that I will ask for a small fee because it does increase the time it takes for me to complete your commission.

Refunds may only be issued if I miss the delivery date and have not communicated with you! PLEASE do not pay and then request a refund. Cancellation can be issued up until you pay.

commissions are not first come first serve (FCFS). 

all commissions must be paid upfront in full OR 50% upfront and the remaining 50% once sketch is completed.

 please do not discuss any personal details revealed during the transaction. i will not work on the commission further than the sketch if the remaining amount has not been paid.

i allow unlimited revisions during the sketching stage, don't hesitate to tell me if something should be changed. once i begin coloring only minor revisions are to be made. excessive amounts of revisions or major changes after the sketch phase may result in a fee.
