Policy

- Under no circumstances is my artwork to be used for NFTs/AI whether it is a commission or otherwise.

- You may reupload and use commission that you have purchase or have been purchased for you for person use (icons, headers, etc.). Please give proper credit if you do so.

- Please have reference images ready. I will not work based off of written descriptions (for character designs. Written descriptions for poses/expressions are fine.).

- If you are sending game screenshots for references, please have high quality screenshots with details visible.

- I own the right to my artwork. I may also repost the artwork made. If you would not like a commission for you reposted then please tell me so.

Will draw: OCs, fanart, couples (canonxcanon, ocxcanon, selfship are all okay!)

Won't draw: Immoral/disrespectful content (underage, incest, hate content, etc.), explicit NSFW/gore, mecha

Ask about: Armor (may charge more based on complexity)

I do have a preference for working with more feminine characters just so you know!

- Payment upfront. I will only start working once payment is received in full.

- Prices that are listed only cover the base price of a commission, extra details might be subject to extra fees!

- Revisions can be requested during the sketch phase when a WIP is sent. 3 edits can be requested at any stage afterwards for free. Additional edits will be charged depending on the complexity of the edit/piece.

- If you have a deadline, please let me know. There may be an upcharge depending on how immediate the deadline is/commission complexity.

- Commissions can take 1 - 12 weeks depending on complexity, queue order, and real life circumstances. If anything happens on my end that may cause delay past this timeframe, I will let you know/make a public announcement. If you have not heard anything from me past this period, please contact me to work something out or request a refund.

- Files will be sent through dA sta.sh. Please save them as soon as possible.

- Art is for personal use by default. If you would like to use a commission for commercial use, please let me know and we can discuss the fees.

- If I feel I cannot finish your commission or have not started then a refund can be issued. Refunds are not allowed once work has begun unless you request one past the 12 week period.

Communication will be done through twitter dms at @mlkywaycafe. Please spare no details when telling me what you would like for your commission. The more details the better!
