Commission T.O.S

By commissioning me, you allow me to draw and colour the character to fit my style. Don't be too controlling about how you want me to draw your character. (Ex. I might slightly shift your character's colours to match the setting.)

Your character must have a VISUAL reference. It's also ok to send more references for backgrounds, poses, outfits, etc.

Communication will be done through VGen, Twitter, Instagram, or Discord DMs.

You can repost the artwork and use it with credit.

You can add the price of the commission to your character's resale value.

Do not trace over the finished commission or make edits without my permission.

I can post the commission on my portfolio and share it on social media unless discussed otherwise.

Don't use my art for NFTs or AI training.

Please include relevant information about your character's design, because revisions will start at $10 past the sketch stage. Please specify in your request form if:

The ref is outdated and your character's markings/colours are different now

The ref has multiple clothing but you really want me to draw a specific outfit

You want your character drawn in a certain form (ex. feral or anthro)

Certain features of your character (ex. feet or eye shape, ear fur, whiskers) must be drawn in a certain way. I don't what is intentional on a ref or just due to the artist's style unless you tell me.

Payment is upfront through VGen's payment methods.

I'll only start on your commission once I receive payment.

A full refund will be given if either of us cancels the commission before I send you a sketch.

You may cancel the commission at any time, but you are not entitled to a refund once I send you a sketch. If cancelled, I'll send you any in-progress work I have completed so far.

I have the right to cancel the commission at any time. If I cancel because I cannot continue, I'll refund the payment and may send you the work I've completed so far.

Revisions during the sketch phase come at no cost.

Once I begin colouring, any hard changes (to the sketch, colour scheme, or background) will require additional fees starting at $10.

Changing the entire commission type will cost you a new commission.

Once I send you the finished artwork, small edits (such as minor markings and technical errors) are free of charge. Larger changes will come with extra fees.

I'll take about 1-3 months at the latest to complete the artwork depending on the complexity, but I'll try to finish it earlier as much as possible. I work during the day, so I understand that I can't draw every day.

I'll consistently update you and send WIPs throughout the project. I'll let you know ASAP of any delays.

Once complete, I'll upload and give a Deviantart St.ash link to the full-resolution PNG that is available to download. I can email you the files upon request.

Anthros, ferals, fantasty creatures including closed species, Pokemon, Digimon, etc.

Some humans/humanoids (discuss with me to make sure!)

Including politically motivated messages/symbols (not counting LGBTQ+ flags)

Your character must have a visual reference. If your character is a closed species, please send a link/ref of the species.

Inspiration for poses / backgrounds / clothes, any other relevant files or links.

Rush order fees apply. I do not accept deadlines earlier than 14 days upon recieving the request.
