- Privacy, Copyright and Comercial Use
Privacy: I respect the privacy of my clients. Personal information provided during the commission process will be kept confidential and used only for the purpose of completing the Commission.
Copyright: I retain the copyright to all commissioned artwork. The Client receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the artwork for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Commercial Use: For commercial use, the Client must obtain permission and may be subject to additional fees.
Other Details:
- The clients must credit my work at all times, using either my vgen or x/twitter handle to do so.
- The client will NOT trace, draw above my drawing to do "line correction" or anything of that kind without my permission.

Inquiry: Clients may submit commission inquiries via VGen. The inquiry should include a detailed description of the desired artwork, including size, references, style, and any specific details.
Quotation: Upon receiving the inquiry, I will provide a quotation including pricing, estimated completion time, and any other relevant details.
Delivery Time: I will provide an estimated delivery time. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.
Payment: Once the Client accepts the quotation, a 50% (25% of those 50% are NON-REFUNDABLE) deposit is required to secure a spot in the commission queue. Full payment is due before the final artwork is delivered.

Cancellation: The Client may cancel the Commission at any time. However, the non-refundable deposit will NOT be returned.
Artist Cancellation: In the rare event that I am unable to complete the Commission, the Client will be notified, and a FULL refund will be issued.
Other Details: I will always do my best to ensure the client is happy with the final delivery, but in case the client is unhappy with it, I can NOT and will NOT proceed with a refund.

Initial Sketch: The Client will be provided with an initial sketch for approval. Major and minor revisions are allowed at this stage.
Final Artwork: Limited revisions are allowed for the final artwork. Major revisions may incur additional charges.

Limits: The client must understand that I can deny a commission if I feel uncomfortable or cannot complete it.
I Won't Draw: Furries, mechas, NSFW content, underage characters in inappropriate contexts, heavy gore, excessive muscles, gender identities and any other themes that I might not be comfortable with.
Extra Fees: Prices may change depending on complexity, requirements and/or additional requests (ex.: Additional characters).
Age: The client must be 18+ and legally able to commit to an agreement, if not, a legal guardian is required to make this agreement on their behalf.

I do NOT hold accountable for anything that may happen in case the TOS have not been read.
