Terms and Conditions

Please make sure you read my terms of service carefully before agreeing to commission me! 

 draw anything that is explicit, offensive or inappropriate such as gore, vore, for AI (that includes training) and NFT. Seductive or sexy in adult form is accepted. 

Communication is KEY. Please provide as much details as possible in the request form such as hairstyle, color, animations add-ons etc. Note that reference images are 

Payment will be made through VGen's built-in payment systems. 

No discounts will be given for multiple orders. 

Minor revisions are allowed during and after the commission. Extensive revisions or complex alterations will require additional costs once the commission work has been completed. 

Commissioned work could take between 2 weeks to 3 months depending on commission type, complexity and my current commission workload. 

If you require a rush order, an additional 50% will be required from the total commission amount. 

Commissioned work is for client's personal use only. If you wish to use it for commercial purposes (video games, merchandise such as t-shirts, stickers, pins etc) please indicate when submitting the request form.

 be resold, redistributed without permission or use in commercial products unless commercial rights fee is paid. 

I reserve the right to include the commissioned work in my portfolios e.g. my personal social media, website and other art sites.

Unless agreed otherwise, I shall be allowed to share the progress of the commission work on my social media accounts.

Commissions are non-refundable. However clients have the right to request refunds 3 months after deadlines if work has not been delivered and there was no agreed upon amendment to the timeline.

I usually take breaks during weekends and may not reply to messages. Due to (possible) differences in time zone, I may respond to messages late.

I will create one character holding a controller in pixel art style. The character will be facing forward, looking at the viewer (see example image)

Additional animated minion + $10 (limited to 48 x 48 pixels)

Custom animations (price depending on complexity. Please DM me for more info)

Please note that due to the nature of pixel art, some details might be simplified.
