TOS Emotes

I reserve the right to decline a commission request. Please kindly note, I will not accept any NSFW, bara, gore, mecha and full armor requests. Lewd / ecchi requests are ok.

Commissions may be streamed live and/or posted publicly by the artist unless the client requests and pays the privacy fees.

Payments are to be paid upfront and in full unless orders are exceeding $500. Orders above $500 will be divided to 50% upfront and 50% upon completion.

All commission will be confirmed and started upon receival of payment. If payment is not received 2 days after inquiry (unless advised), commission will be considered cancelled.

Refunds are not allowed after I have accepted the commission.

Please expect 2-4 weeks for completion time or as advised. Completion time will depend on complexity, quantity, as well as my current workload.

Rush order and/or deadlines are possible depending on my current workload. Rush orders will be subjected to additional fees.

Updates will be provided in 2 stages: sketching & coloring. Revisions, if applicable, must be requested on each respective stages. 

Only minor revisions will be allowed e.g pose/expressions on sketching and color/tone correction on coloring. Major revisions requested in any stage and any revisions requested after the respective stages may result in extra charges or be considered as a new commission.

Commissioned pieces may be used for personal, streaming and social media purposes. For commercial usage such merchandise, please contact me directly for inquiries.

I am more comfortable with drawing females, if you're requesting a male character, there's a chance I might refuse the request if I find the pose to be too difficult for me. Please expect 1-2 months for completion time or as advised. Completion time will depend on complexity, quantity, as well as my current workload.

Updates will be provided when the art is done and when the rigging is done. Revisions, if applicable, must be requested during these updates. 

Only minor revisions will be allowed e.g color/tone correction, item positioning and animation flow/speed. Art revisions must be advised when the art is completed, before the rigging stage. Any art revisions that is requested after the rigging is started and any major revisions requested and may result in extra charges or be considered as a new commission.

If I find your commission to be too complicated for the service, I will most likely decline it and depending on the request, I might refer you to apply for the Live2D animated emotes instead.
