    By contacting me for a commission, you understand that each drawing are started in chronological order. (The wait before I start your work may varies on my amount of work.)

    Commissions can only be used by the clients who paid for their drawings.

    Payment must be entierly made by using Vgen.

    For a priority on your drawing, you will have to pay rush fees.

    Before the sketch's validation, you may ask for as much changes in he drawing as wanted but aren't allowed to use the rejected sketches.

    After the sketch's validation, you may ask for minor changes (details, placement of accessories, colors, ...)

    You may ask for a deadline but rush fees will be added.

    I refuse the use of my art for anything NFT related.

    Tracing and heavily referencing my art isn't allowed.

    You must credit my art when displaying it on your accounts.

    As the creator of the artworks, I am allowed to use it on my social media and portfolio. (Exception for Vtuber designs and/or models: I will wait until your reveal.)

    Those commissions will be done as break between my bigger drawings, allowing me to rest as I don't do a lot of OC related art.

K0I's adoptables T.O.S

    Resales of the adoptable are allowed (for the same price as bought + commissions), except for Vtuber models.

    Alternative designs of the characters are allowed.

    You must credit my design on your account but do not have to credit upon each use.

Collab Model TOS

The model art is made by me and the rig by akizerashi.

I am not responsible of the time the rig might take, please contact Zeru for those informations.

As many as you want until the sketch validation.

The model must stay sfw if you request us a child-looking character.

- YOU ACCEPT TO ONLY REQUEST YOUR OWN CHARACTERS OR CHARACTERS BELONGING TO FRIENDS WITH PROOF OF THEIR CONSENT

- I am not responsible of any of your actions and cannot be taken responsible if you made any lie while taking the commission, as I clearly display those specific commissions as being 18+.

- Those commissions won't be visible on my public main twitter account (@kumoboshiyoi), or will only be visible if censored, as I don't wan't minors to be exposed to it.

- You will not request me any piece involving animals, children, violence (except consented bdsm) and blood.

Character reference sheets, PSD for rigging, mood boards, sample of poses / angles / expressions, any other relevant files or links.

You can choose if the palette/mood of the drawing is up to me, neutral (reference-like) colors, in my muted colors/greyish palette, pastel color (with patterns as highlights), dark vibes or bright vivid colors.

45€ for personnal use, 90€ for commercial use.

You may ask for something specific about the pose, the expression or ask to add an item in the character's hands.

I open those commission as a break between two big commissions, such as custom designs or Vtuber models. Those WILL be done between my bigger works.
