Be sure to read them carefully, and if you have questions about anything, mention it in your request and I will explain it in more detail.



❀❀❀ POLICIES ❀❀❀



Waitlisting is a non-purchasable spot that has no time restraint. By no accounts does this mean in a guaranteed time your spot will have priority, rush order are by exception. If you have a time restraint for your request, it is on you to notify and communicate within your initial request, before it is accepted. Waitisting in advance is allowed (up to one year).



Rush-Orders will be an additional fee that will be calculated and included in the final price. ALL RUSH ORDERS ARE AT FULL PAYMENT UPFRONT. Provide all required martials within 24 hours, if materials are provided late into the commission that will be automatic added delay time. For every 1 hour delay will be an added 1 day delay.



The additional fees are as followed:



• Due in 3 months +50%
• Due in 1 month +100%
• Due in 2 weeks +200%



Cancellation is allowed prior to any initiation of work and payment. Being on a waitlist for a prolonged anticipated time frame is an inconvenience, so canceling will hold no penalty or fee. Canceling while payment has been received and work has progressed will require clear and consistent communication on both parties to find a suitable outcome.



Cancellation Fee ranging from 5-10% of the commission will be issued if the following takes place;



• Verbal/Social Media Harassment [Offensive conduct may include, but is not limited to, offensive jokes, slurs, epithets or name calling, physical assaults or threats, intimidation, ridicule or mockery, insults or put-downs, offensive objects or pictures, and interference with work performance.]



• Consistently Revising Request [An overwhelming amount of revisions, at any stage of the process, results in slower progression and take away from other clients.]



• Pushing/Rushing Commission without Payment [Time restraints must be communicated and appropriately paid before the request is accepted, forcing an order to be done without appropriate accommodations significantly interfere with work performance.]



Please note that all purchases and fees are final and non-refundable. Certain refund requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis and granted at the sole discretion of VGen. For more information on VGen’s policies on refunds can be found at https://vgen.co/terms-of-service



Revisions/Changes are only allowed during the sketch process, NOT AFTER COMPLETION. There will be added fees with revisions/changes after the Sketch had been approved. You will be re-directed to TOS upon failure to understand changes cannot be made.



Final Commission Files are up to YOU to save and back-up in storage, not mine. After one month, I clear out my PC storage and will remove older files if I need the space. Strongly recommended to upload your files to a service like GoogleDrive. VGen has a feature that saves your files, as long as you have the login information to your customer account.

❀18+, Obscene, Vulgar, Tortious, Pornographic, Offensive, Profane, Contains or Depicts Nudity, Contains or Depicts Sexual Activity (Facial Expressions Included) is NOT ALLOWED. My artist code is to keep my work on a general public viewing appropriateness. (Flirtatious Themes are Exception)

+ UPDATE: Submitted reference material(s) that is within these 18+ restrictions will result in immediate disqualification, and can result in a PERMINATE BLACK LISTING. If I do not draw this type of material, why would you think it's appropriate to submit images that is in this category?



❀❀❀ PLEASE NOTE: I accept all body types! One's body is just a body type and holds no inappropriateness to me, otherwise everyone's body is inappropriate. So if your character has curves, muscles, tummy, etc. I welcome you with open arms! I also do not discriminate Anthropomorphic (Furry) bodies, you are welcomed and loved equally! ❀❀❀



❀Special Art-Style Request will not be accepted. If you do not see anything you are looking for in my style, or consistently showcased in my portfolio; there is a solid 99.9% chance I am not comfortable or willing to draw. Do not ask me to mimic another artist's style. Just. Go. Commission. Them.



❀Editing another Artist's work will not be accepted, that is blunt plagiarism. I know that I would not appreciate someone stealing my work, editing it, and taking money and credit for it.



❀Submittions of A.I. Art as reference material will result in an immediate disqualification, and can result in a PERMINATE BLACK LISTING. I have a deep personal anti-A.I. art stance, and would like to be respected as an artist and not subjecated to any and all exposure to A.I. Art.

Hi. I’m a person~ My IRL Responsibilities are my top priority! I am a Primary Care Provider for my Veteran Mother, whom I must care for her every medical need and emergency. I cannot prevent or foresee emergencies from happening, so please DO NOT hassle me for updates. I am very transparent and openly communicate if an emergency has come up and will give updates as soon as I can.



All artwork I create, I have full rights to use to advertise my artistic skills and development. I always post with my watermark present in the piece, yes it is there. (Hiding in plain sight!)



DO NOT use my work, unless agreed upon, to be printed and/or used for marketing!!!
