➳ Once a commission form is sent, I will sketch out the emote based on the description the client provided. The less description and references you provide, the more artistic creativity I will have. If you want a specific looking emote make sure to include that in your commission form!

➳I reserve the right to cancel or decline any commission.

➳Currently I only accept commissions based on whats listed.

➳ I always take payment before I start on the commission, if you would like to post-pone the start of the commission, you can message me privately about it, otherwise I will cancel the commission.

➳ I offer unlimited revisions, within reason. I limit revisions of the same detail to 1-2 times

➳ I take fees for rushed orders before commission is started, please make sure to provide me with a deadline if you order a rushed commission.

➳ The product will be delivered either as a ZIP file or as a link.

➳ I reserve all rights for the commissioned piece.

➳ I'm allowed to use the pieces to promote myself or use however I like.

➳ The client is allowed to use the art for personal use only (unless otherwise agreed on) and use the art to promote themselves. (Twitch Streams/ YouTube Streams are considered personal use.)

➳ I do not allow edits on my pieces, I can do exceptions if you notify me before you commission me.

➳ Animating my emotes are allowed, as I do not provide this service.

➳ I do not allow my artwork to be turned into NFTs or to be "minted" nor to be used in AI art.

➳ I do not offer refunds for started or finished commissions.

➳ If I cannot finish the work, then a refund will be issued.

➳ If you have any questions, I try to answer twitter or discord DMs as much as possible.
