By commissioning me you are aware of the waitlist at this moment.

I have the right to reject your order for any reason

I reserve the right to cancel any commission should Client be in any way rude/abusive/inappropriate towards me

Client is aware and accept that health issues can delay their commission (I cannot control this.)

Artist warrants that they will use only commercially licensed, copyright-free materials, assets or tools to aid in the creation of the work

Client must pay upfront at least 50% of higher commission price type (bust,fullbody)

Refund will not be available at this time your money will be going to feeding my family and paying our bills, i wish to provide a fair refund when i can but not at this moment in time.

here is the list of things i cannot offer and will not do 

heavy NSFW (partial nudity or implications is OK)

complex objects (guns or detailed weapons) can be negotiated if provided with assets or clear reference images and will cost extra.

background (you'll be wasting your money here please don't)

My workflow will consist of these stages ( * : process will be sent at this stage)

drafting (will send if artist is not sure of the draft)

if i have missed something let me know! this is not a revision if it was on the character and i missed it.

three major revisions (changing entire hair styles, changing outfits) is the maximum. further repeated changes will incur fees. please try to be clear and concise with what you want!

very minor edit after completion is possible but may charge editing fees

This will just give you an estimate on your cost at the end. Additional characters are twice the price. The minimum is $70, the maximum is $150. 

Commercial usage will incur a fee of 2 or 3x the base price. If you do not profit off the image (aka you just use it on twitter, show it off, thumbnails), you do NOT need to check commercial.

More will be available as I improve at making models. Prices are a minimum and subject to change with complexity.

If you have any notes for your reference, add them here. If you checked any additional costs, please number and describe them. e.g. I would like two pairs of arms, one pair using a controller, the other using a microphone. You may also add anything you think is necessary for the model work to be done (not backstories).

The price range is 75-150 USD. It determines the amount of effort put into the drawing.

This is a Skeb Style commission where I have full control over the illustration.

It can vary from half-body sketches to a clean sketch with shading.

Single character only. (It takes too long for me to do two).

Commercial Usage is double the base price. 

This means using my artwork on monetized streams, or anywhere you would gain money per view of the artwork.

have to pay for commercial initially and can come back for it at any time.

Please provide clear reference images, no words only.
