 Basically, payment is made in advance. In case of difficulty, two payments can be made.

2 revisions are included. Major and additional revisions will incur additional fees.

All Copyright over the art will belong to the artist.

Clients can use my commission art on social media or streams.

A commercial use fee will be charged for merchandising.

The artist has the right to cancel the order if there is any breach in the terms in any given moment.

In case the payment has not been made yet, the contractor has the right to cancel the order by sending a message requesting the order to be canceled.

If any kind of refund is forced via third party, all the rights over the art will be revoked from the contractor and the artist will retain the right over the art, having the right to sell to other buyers. The offending contractor will no longer be accepted for art commissioning after the incident.

Communication can be made via VGen, X, DMs, email, Discord.

Revisions are free of 2 times.But if there are major revisions such as changing the design before delivery, I may charge an additional fee.
