FridgeFeet Chibi Policy

⦁	I reserve the right to decline a commission for any reason.

⦁	Given that these are chibi styled commissions, character's body types/traits will be "chibi-ified". This means that although characters will retain their traits (i.e. a fat character will not be made thin, etc) they still will not 1 to 1 resemble the way they would look if they were in a "true to real life human proportions" artstyle.

⦁	Payment is done upfront, work will not start until a payment is received. 

⦁	One round of revisions is allowed per commission. Example: I send you the finished work, you ask for revisions, I send the revised version. No more revisions after that are accepted.

⦁	These revisions need to be minor. No asking for major changes (characters being swapped out, poses to be entirely redrawn, nitpicks, etc).

⦁	Commissions are done on a first come first serve basis, (work queue can be viewed on my profile). This means the expected delivery time will be longer if there are other clients ahead of you.

⦁	The turnaround time is roughly one week, to one month (potentially longer depending on where you are in the queue). If unexpected circumstances arise that will effect this time frame, I will contact you.

⦁	I don't accept time sensitive commissions at this time, sorry! I try my best to be timely, but you'll get your commission when you get it.

⦁	You can ask for a estimated finish date at any point, but please do not pester or bully. 

⦁	No minting/NFT/crypto currency related/adjacent things are allowed to be done on my work. Similarly, no generative AI art related/adjacent things are allowed to be done on my work.

⦁	Using the finished commision/my art in a commercial context (any context where money is made) is prohibited. This includes: merchandise (things you can hold like tshirts, keychains etc, OR digital things like desktop background, phone wallpapers, etc), as well as using it as a logo/promote a business or product.

⦁	You are allowed to use the received commission as an icon, banner, etc on social media/other places. Credit is appreciated but not required, just don't claim someone else did it. 

⦁	Unless otherwise is agreed upon in writing, I retain the rights to share the finished art piece (to friends, as a commission example, on social media, my website, etc).

⦁	Even if the commissioner and I have agreed in writing that I will not share it publicly, I have the right to clarify the circumstances in which you obtained the commission. Such as: in the face of lying that you received it as a gift, passing it off as something you made, or other deceptive/dishonest acts. As well as I also have the right to show what my finished version of the commission looked like. In circumstances such as: passing off a modified version as the version I gave you, or other deceptive/dishonest circumstances.

⦁	If work has not started, a refund can be issued (however it will not include transaction fee). Refunds are not accepted once work is started.

⦁	If I cannot fulfill your commission for whatever reason, I will refund you. This is on my own discretion though, and not the discretion of the commissoner.

Character reference sheets, mood boards, sample of poses / angles / expressions, any other relevant files or links.

Suggested poses, personality details (used to come up with poses), suggested background color/color combination, etc.

A fully lined, colored, shaded/polished Chibi illustration on a gradient or plain color background.

Will be delivered as a JPG (with background), and PNG (with a transparent background)

Extra characters= $25 (usd) (max 4 total characters). All additional characters must appear in the same shared illustration.
