Arryh's Standard Terms of Service

I want to make it clear that if I don't feel comfortable with your request, I will have to reject it, but I will let you know of course. If you would like to have a more in depth discussion about your request before proceeding with it, I encourage you to reach out to me through social media or message me on Discord.

I am also a student and part-time employee, so that will definitely affect the time it takes to deliver the work depending on the complexity.

Although time can vary depending on my current circumstances, I will do what I can to deliver you the piece soon, but please understand that it can take some time to complete, I can't offer deadlines on all commission options yet, so please bear with me.

Giving credit is your choice, as you have paid for this work, but it is always appreciated as it helps me reach other possible clients. I'm a small artist man, I need that exposure!

Preferably upfront to avoid any issues. The money will be returned if I am not able to deliver the ordered work.

As long as it's still in the sketch phase, changes can be made easily. Only minor changes are allowed to finished products and may not always be available.

By commissioning me, you agree to the following:

Not using my art for training of AI in any case.

Claiming to be the creator of the art is prohibited.

Commercial use of my artwork (selling stickers, posters, cards, etc.) is not allowed unless it is discussed with me and agreed upon by me. You may be charged for commercial use if it is allowed.

Note: Commercial use is allowed and free for Emote commissions specifically. Though it is not necessary, contacting me before doing so would be appreciated.

In case I think your commission cannot be completed, I will offer you a refund. You may also request a refund prior to the completion of your commission if necessary.

If a refund is requested on a nearly finished product, you may only receive a partial refund.

You are not allowed to use/share any WIP or final footage of a commission that you have refunded.

I retain the rights to any commissioned work as the creator, but I will only share it if that is allowed by you.

In case of violation of my terms of service I may personally contact you and/or take legal action. Also I will be personally very upset with you, which is 10x worse.

How much of the character will be visible in the drawing.

Only up to three characters are allowed for now.

This'll determine how all characters in the drawing will be colored.

If you need to describe anything about the BG, do so in the "Describe your request" section.

Who knows? Maybe you wanna photoshop the drawing next to you. I ain't judging!

This option is new and I am still experimenting with creating Emotes.

This commission option was made for those more specific requests and has more direct communication between client and artist instead of simple options to customize your commission.

You make your request and submit it, giving a detailed description of what you wish for the drawing to be and look like. Make sure to mention all the important details, because communicating them will be key in making this look as close to what you want as possible.

I will review your request and contact you if necessary so that we can discuss the art further and clear any confusion.

After discussing the details, I'll give you a price based on my criteria and approve your request so that you may proceed with payment.
