Reasons that refunds will be done are if :

If I haven't started a sketch a full refund will be done

Discount if the original desing was made by me or you have been working with me for a while.

You can request a deadline (not less than a week). It may take a month or two depending life conditions at the time and the amount that has been asked apart from complexity.

Can be used for social  / streaming plataforms ( discord, twitch, kick, ect)

As it is your design you can use it, do not resell in higher price than what you paid for.

The only think I ask is for credit regarding the art.

Can ask for refunds. The refunds will depend on how far I’m on the drawing.

If the drawing is done you cannot get a refund.

I don't like it after finishing the drawing does not count for a refund.

If product is unusuable I will try to fix if it is unfixable I will refund you as much as I can.

I will send sketches to be approved serveral time as your comfort is very important to me.

If you paid commercial rights you can use it for merch.

Vtuber model psd:  will be fully cutted and named.

Png and vtube:  file will be set up for use.

Everything will be sent in a google drive link and every folder will be organized.

Will send a message with all the explanation needed and organization.

Model will have extra possibility to be checked!

You can request a deadline (not less than a week and if design is complicated not less than a month) 

Will send tons of updates and questions to make sure the work is perfect in your eyes.

Sketch can request changes (as many as you want)

Lineart can request maximum 5 changes (unllless they are heavy in respect of reference given)

You can request a deadline (Not lless than a month preferable not deadlline)

Character reference sheets, PSD for rigging, mood boards, sample of poses / angles / expressions, any other relevant files or links.

Pose, traits, multiple characters, add-ons, etc.
