Emote animation policy!

• By purchasing my services (animation), you automatically agree to the following conditions.

• Please read this entirely and carefully. I will refuse your commission if you do not agree to these terms.

• If you are not comfortable with my Terms Of Service and/or are not willing to agree to the conditions, you may not request a commission.

• If you have any questions, please contact me

• I am not responsible for any mistakes that are made on your part over the course of the transaction.

• It is expected that you deposit 100% of the price upfront before I start. No exceptions unless otherwise discussed.

• I offer a total of three "big" revisions on each emote. A "big" revision would be something like re-making the movement, etc. 

• Small revisions like "changing the direction of the eyes", making something slower of stuff like that can be done until you're happy with the final product.

• Once your order's done, extra revisions/changes will incur in a fee.

•  I usually take up to 1~2 days to respond to your initial order inquiry.

• You reserve the right to set a deadline for your commission. This deadline must be disclosed prior to payment.

• I have the right to decline a project if there is too short of a time allowance.

• If due dates are discussed, it is also the clients' responsibility to ensure prompt communication. I will not be held responsible for late delivery.

• No harassment over my work speed will be tolerated, regardless of the time that has passed.

• I will work on commissions randomly. This means I will work on the piece I'm the most inspired/ comfortable with at the moment.

• You reserve the right to be notified of any delays.

• I can refund 100% of the payment only if I have not started working on the animation.

• Once I start the animation process there will be NO REFUNDS.

• It is expected of you to be active on the platform, since I'll be keeping you updated of my work progress and will ask for any extra information if it's needed. That right applies to both of us.

Your emote(s) file(s), sample of similar animations, references and any other relevant files or links.

Pose, traits, multiple characters, add-ons, etc.

I CAN'T draw the emotes from scratch to you, so it's important to commission an artist who can make the original drawing for you! I can always point some amazing and talented people who I've been working with if you need ^^ 

You DO NOT need to have a layered version of the emote (a .PSD), but having that would make the whole process a lot faster

Back in late 2021, a friend of mine asked if I knew how to animate an emote on After Effects, so I've started to learn just to teach her. Turns out I really enjoyed bringing a drawing to life, so I went all in and started to learn Live2D! 

I've been working with Emote animations for a year now, and by now I've probably animated over 150 emotes! I really hope I can work with you and help your visions come to life! ^^
