BY COMMISSIONING ME YOU AUTOMATICALLY AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING:

Commissions are not first come first serve. 

My work is digital and digital only. I am not required to ship any physical goods.

I have the right to decline commissions that I feel I cannot properly execute.

Work-in-progress sketches may be sent and asked for. You can also request to keep it a surprise. Skeb-like commissions do not receive WIPS.

No one is allowed to mint my artwork as a NFT (Non Fungible Token). My commissioned and pre-existing work, cannot be minted into an NFT by a commissioner nor anyone else.

I do not permit anyone to feed my art into AI software, including commissioners.

Full payment is required before I begin the commission.

Only slight color adjustments and minor changes after completion.

Major mistakes on my part will be changed with no additional charge. 

> Turn around: I aim to finish commissions within the same month they were accepted. But at times it may take up to 1 month or more to finish depending on your slot number and my life schedule.

> All work is for personal or private use only unless agreed upon by both parties.

> As the artist, I maintain all rights to my work and I may use it for my needs, such as portfolios and videos, unless discussed otherwise by both parties.

> You must credit to me (@ayeoops) as the artist whenever the art is used and showcased.

> You are committing to this commission just as much as the artist. No refunds allowed.

I retain the rights to the artwork that you commission (unless you pay for commercial usage).

I will send occasional updates of WIPs if you agreed to see them. If you wished to keep the finished artwork a surprise, you can see my progress on your slot in my queue. If any delays were to happen, I will always let you know.

The samples are considered old work now in 2023, and I need you to know and understand that what you get may differ from the samples. Thank you for understanding!

Currently prefer characters with colorful schemes, but not exclusively! Open to all genders but am better at feminine characters. Character reference sheets, mood boards, sample of poses / angles / expressions, any other relevant files or links. If using Google drive, please make sure permission is set to anyone with link.

Pose, expressions, overall vibe, other outfits options, etc. You can request minor decor for the small drawings in the sheet and I'll see what I can do!

Maybe it's a surprise gift for someone and I shouldn't post it on social media yet? Do you want their appearance to be kept gender-neutral, feminine, masculine? any questions? more concerns? etc.
