Landscape Policy

By commissioning me, you agree to the following Terms of Service:

I retain the right to refuse your commission if I do not feel comfortable with it.

The proposed price given is non-negotiable.

Any applicable references and details must be submitted upfront in the request form to give me a good idea of what I'll be working with. The client may share additional references and discuss further details once I have accepted their request.

I will only begin the commission once the payment(s) have been received.

Otherwise, all payments are either made 100% upfront or 50/50 and must be done via the available VGen payment options. 

50% of the proposed commission price must be paid upfront for me to begin the commission.

The remaining 50% must be paid after the client has approved the sketch and before I continue finalizing the commission. Otherwise, the commission will be canceled.

You are allowed up to 3 major revisions, 

which can only be made during the sketching stage.

 After the sketch has been approved, the client 

 request any more revisions unless they are very minor.

After I confirm that the initial payment has been received, I will begin your commission. You will receive a 

 within a month of the payment being made. You may ask for a maximum of 3 major revisions at this stage.

Once the sketch has been approved and the remaining payment is paid (if applicable), I will continue to work on completing your commission.

I will share WIPs with you after completing the following stages: 50% and 100% completion of the background, lineart, flat colours, and rendering. You may request for more WIPs outside of the standard ones I provide. Very minor revisions can be made during these stages.

I will share a preview of the final piece with you for your approval before E-mailing the files to you. The commission is considered complete once the files have been delivered.

Depending on the complexity of the commission and my schedule, the commission can take from 4 weeks to 6 months to finish after the sketch has been approved. You may discuss deadlines with me before I start your commission, however, rush order fees may apply. 

Access to this service is limited depending on the complexity of the commission and my schedule. I may refuse your commission if I do not feel like I will be able to complete it on time.

Rush order fees may vary depending on the deadline and complexity of the commission.

If I have accepted your rush order, please have a clear idea of what you are looking for and all relevant references ready so I can start the commission as soon as possible.

Delivery will be done via E-mail or VGen and will include:

Unless a commercial fee has been paid, the commission piece is 

and is prohibited from being used for profit

Unless a privacy fee has been paid, I retain the right to share the commission piece on my social media and include it in my portfolio.

Under no circumstances should the commission piece be used for NFT, cryptocurrency, or AI-related purposes.

If the client wishes to share the commission piece online, please use the watermarked JPG file provided and credit me.

If the client wishes to use the artwork for commercial purposes, an additional commercial fee of 200% to 300% of the full commission price will be applied. Paying this fee allows the client to use the commission piece for profitable purposes, such as for selling merchandise or as assets in their streams and videos. However, the client does not retain the right to use the commission piece for NFT, cryptocurrency, or AI-related purposes.

In the case that, if applicable, the client refuses to pay the remaining 50% of the full commission price, the commission will automatically be canceled and no refunds will be made.

If the commission is canceled after the approval of the sketch or during any of the subsequent stages, 

 receive a refund regardless of payment method.

Communication regarding the details of your commission and any subsequent updates can be done via VGen, E-mail, Twitter, or Instagram. You may choose your preferred methods of communication in the request form. 

I will contact you to share my WIPs after completing each of the following stages: sketches, 50% and 100% completion of the background, lineart, flat colours, rendering, and delivery of the final product. If you have a rush order, please be available to reply as soon as possible during these stages to prevent any delays in delivery. 

Any general updates regarding my schedule and commission statuses are available to view in my Trello work queue, which is linked in my VGen profile. Clients will be notified as soon as possible of any major schedule changes that may affect the delivery date of their commissions.

Minimum $40 CAD. The more you offer, the more detail and higher quality the piece will be.

There will be no revisions or contact for this skeb-like surprise, so please be as descriptive or as vague as you'd like.
