These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms") govern the contractual relationship between AnoraHeart (hereinafter referred to as "the Artist") and any individual or entity (hereinafter referred to as "the Client") who contracts the Artist's services. By requesting any service from the Artist, the Client fully accepts these Terms.

The Artist offers the following services:

Creation of stream assets (emotes, badges, panels, etc.)

If the service the Client needs is not listed among the services offered by the Artist, they can contact the Artist via VGen DM or Twitter to reach an agreement.

The Client must request their commission from the Artist through VGen, where they can find details, prices, and examples of each service.

The Client must provide all necessary details for the commission, including visual references, descriptions, and any other relevant information.

The Client will have a maximum of 72 hours to make the payment once the Artist has sent the invoice; otherwise, the request will be canceled.

The Artist reserves the right to reject any request that makes them feel uncomfortable or seems inappropriate.

Once the Client has made the payment, they will be contacted by the Artist through the previously established channel, and workflow details will be agreed upon.

Prices will be agreed upon beforehand between the Artist and the Client, based on the complexity and scope of the work.

The payment must be a single, full payment made 100% in advance.

The price includes an additional fee to cover VGen costs (5%) and payment method (depending on the country and currency used).

Clients from the European Union must also add a 21% for IVA.

The Client may request a full refund once 3 months have passed since the payment deposit.

When starting work, the Artist will provide initial sketches for the Client's review.

Client approval of these sketches is necessary for the Artist to continue working. If there is no response from the Client, the commission will be paused.

The Client has the right to an unlimited number of changes to the sketches until the desired result is achieved, as long as these changes maintain the same initial idea.

If the Client wishes to make changes to the sketches beyond the initial idea, they will be entitled to 3 free modifications. Additional revisions may incur additional costs.

The Client has the right to 3 free modifications for the lineart stage and likewise for the coloring stage. Additional revisions may incur additional costs.

At this stage of work, the Client is not entitled to request changes that should have been made during the sketch phase.

Once the coloring is finished, the Client will be entitled to one final review. After approval, the work will be considered complete, and no further changes will be made.

The Artist is obliged to provide an estimated delivery time to the Client.

Delivery times are variable and will depend on the complexity of the order and the number of commissions the Artist is working on.

Delivery times will be agreed upon individually between the Artist and the Client at the start of the work.

Any delay caused by the lack of response or approval from the Client may affect the delivery time.

If the Client needs their commission finished by a specific date, they must inform the Artist in advance when filling out the request form.

If the Client wishes to expedite the delivery time to the highest priority status, they must make an additional payment of +50% of the original price.

The Artist retains all copyright over the created works.

The Artist reserves the right to use the works in their portfolio and for self-promotion unless otherwise agreed.

The Client will obtain the usage rights for the agreed purposes as long as they pay for them.

The Client is strictly prohibited from modifying the commissioned work without the Artist's prior consent.

The Artist commits to maintaining the confidentiality of any information provided by the Client that is not public domain.

The Artist reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon publication on the VGen profile.

Character reference sheets, PSD for rigging, mood boards, sample of poses / angles / expressions, any other relevant files or links.

Pose, traits, multiple characters, add-ons, etc.
