▪ When I finish your commission I will send it to you by Gmail to keep quality.

▪ Customers are not allowed to edit my work. If you want to add or change anything just ask me.

▪ You will receive at least one WIP during the commission process. You can request any amount of WIPs you want at any point.

▪ All payment is upfront, so you must pay fully before I begin any work. I will tell you the total price of the commission plus any applicable fees before you agree to pay.

▪ You can make a maximum of 3 changes to the piece in the sketch phase, and then the rest of the changes will start to cost 4 USD extra per change.

▪ The commission is for personal use only.

▪ Commercial use fees are worth double the price if used for merchandising (plushies, stickers, pins, etc.) and half the price if used as a way to promote any social media.

▪ My waitlist works like this: first to order and pay, first to be added to the queue, and first to get their commission done. In consequence, the people who are next in the queue have to wait a little more. So please be patient.

▪ For people who need their commission early or on a specific day for any situation, it'll have a cost depending on the date and the number of people before on the queue.

▪ The customer can use the commission wherever they want but can't claim the work as theirs.

▪ Print the image on objects or paper for personal use only.

▪ Only customers who have paid for commercial use, are allowed to use it commercially.

By purchasing my services (art), you automatically agree to the following conditions.

I will not claim the rights to a character design unless it is one of my own designs. Therefore I will not reuse/resell the Artwork for personal or commercial projects unless agreed upon.

Reselling my artwork or using it for AI, NFT, or any sort of crypto purposes is strictly prohibited.

Since is a "surprise me" commission there will be no revisions nor updates of any kind, so i'll need you to be as clear as you can when at describing me what you want for your piece!
