➔ you are to credit me for all artwork usage!

◆ you may find my socials on my carrd, or ask me how best to credit me.

➔ commissions will always be for personal-use only!

◆ i do not do commercial-use commissions at the time; however, you are free to inquire.

➔ in regards to the above: i do NOT allow minting/nft with my work.

➔ i have the right to decline any commission.

➔ i have the right to use your commission for samples/uploading. 

◆ if preferred, you MUST ask me not to repost/request private commission.

➔ prices are set and will not be discussed or lowered, for any reason.

◆ if any, complexity and extra fees will be mentioned upfront/discussed ahead of time.

➔ you have the right to free revisions AT the sketch stage, and up to two (2) revisions AT the lineart stage.

◆ very minor revisions are allowed. such as expression fixes, etc or small color changes are free as well. DO NOT abuse this, however.

◆ do not abuse the free revisions at the sketch stage either; be reasonable.

two (2) weeks minimum & up to three (3) months maximum

. there will be check-ins at the wip stage (and more if requested: i.e: line art ➔flat colors.)

◆ i am very communicative about my progress and update accordingly, especially if i finish sooner! likewise, i will ask for extensions if need be.

◆ mention deadlines upfront, i will accommodate accordingly if i am able

➔ as stated previously, i am very communicative, especially via wips. i will always check in at each wip stage (if selected) and update you accordingly when needed (ex: i have questions or need your input).

◆ you are free to poke me if i have not done these things, however.

◆ do not hassle; if i have met my normal check-ins, there is no need to message me for more updates unless it is pressing.

➔ full refund: if i do not meet my timeframe and i have not communicated that i require an extension.

◆ i.e: i have not delivered the commission within the aforementioned timeline. or i have not met my check-ins (communication at the sketch, line art, and/or flat colors stage, at the very least.)

➔ full refund: AT SKETCH STAGE by me/requested by you (after revisions)

◆ if the commission does not come out to yours or my liking—at the sketch stage.

➔ no refund: if you suddenly change your mind

◆ you cannot request a refund after approving whatever stage of art.

◆ ex: you approved the sketch+lineart stage. used up your revisions. and approved the revisions. you cannot request a refund.

➔ no refund: after sketch and lineart stage is approved.

Character reference sheets, PSD for rigging, mood boards, sample of poses / angles / expressions, any other relevant files or links.

WIPS (work in progress) choices include sketch, lineart, and flats stage. I use these to check in with clients. If you select "no wips" then I will not check in except to send final product.

Pose, traits, multiple characters, add-ons, etc.
