Terms of Service

Commissions will be requested to be paid in full unless previously discussed with the artist.

All commissioned artwork is for personal use only. Not commercial use unless previously discussed with artist.

Reproducing, modifying or tracing the given artwork in any form is not allowed.

I am allowed to use the artwork in my portfolio and post on social media.

I will NOT draw any of the following pornographic or sexual themes; sexual violence, racist imagery, or any other bigoted themes. 

I will NOT accept AI generated images for references.

You may NOT use my work for commercial, advertising, or personal gain unless commission is clearly stated to be for commercial purposes.

You may NOT use my artwork to train AI programming or image generating, this includes NFTs.

Unless clearly stated by client,  artist has permission to stream work on piece.

Payment must be made in full before I start your commission. Payment plan for large orders can be discussed.

Orders currently are only taken via VGen.

Delivery ranges from 2 - 5 weeks from payment date. Larger pieces take more time, if you have a specific date you require the piece to be finished by please discuss with artist. Rush fees may apply.

Discussion of piece wants, posing, details, etc. Please provide as much as you can of the following, it makes my job easier and helps me get you the art you want!; Character body references, in-game screenshots, previous art of the character(s), mood boards, MS paint compositions by yourself.

Once a thumbnail is approved you will be added to my Trello Queue, a link will be provided.

A sketch will be sent for approval, any anatomy, armour, slight pose changes can be made at this time for no charge.

Once I start line work and painting I am unable to make any major changes. 

Flat colours will be sent for approval, after this I will begin painting and rendering.

Total delivery as listed above can take 2-5 weeks, updates are given throughout this time unless otherwise specified by artist.

Refunds are not permitted once I have started the commission.

If for any reason I am unable to start your commission you will receive a full refund.

If you request a cancellation prior to work starting, you will receive a full refund.

I understand that life can be very unexpected, I understand cancellations sometimes happen. Just reach out and something can be worked out. 

Character reference sheets, PSD for rigging, mood boards, sample of poses / angles / expressions, any other relevant files or links.

Pose, traits, multiple characters, add-ons, etc. Please include links to references or references.
