• By commissioning me, you agree that you have read and accepted all the terms described here.

• You will agree here to the policy of using the art for personal, non-

profit purposes unless otherwise stated, and provide all image credits to me.

• I reserve the right to decline any project or client for any reason.

• By placing an order, you agree to these terms and conditions. Please read these terms carefully.

• All payments will be made through VGen; no exceptions.

• These images will come in the form of .PNG files.

• The responsibility is on you to ensure your order contains the details you want me to follow.

• I am not responsible for any unsatisfactory element of the finished design if no feedback was given to amend it.

• After the order is completed, minor changes such as color adjustments are allowed if the missing or inaccurate elements are my faults (e.g., I overlooked details provided in the order).

• No harassment over my work speed will be tolerated, regardless of

the time that has passed. I work as fast as I possibly can always.

• You reserve the right to be notified of any delays.

• If you have a deadline in mind it must be communicated upfront with a due-by-date.

• Rush fees may apply when a deadline is requested.

• NFT and Al usage is strictly forbidden.

• You may display my work on external sites as long as it is visibly credited and linked back to me.

• You may not claim my work as your own.

• You may use the Artwork for personal use including but not limited to: avatars, phone or computer wallpapers, and personal website/profile displays.

• You reserve the right to print or create an otherwise physical reproduction of the Artwork as long as it is for your PERSONAL use only (ie. NOT for sale).

• Commercial use is available for X2 the original commission price (ie. t-shirts, mugs, public flyers, etc.)

• I reserve the right to post the finished artwork online in my gallery for any reason.

• If you'd like me to not post any WIPs or the finished piece itself online, please let me know once you order - A fee may apply.

• Clients who have commissioned and / or received work before this TOS has gone into effect are still bound to its contents.

• You are NOT authorized to change, modify, edit or use my works without my permission.

• I reserve the right to sign and/or watermark my own work.

• I retain all copyright over my work, which includes the right to redistribute, reproduce, or use the image as a sample for sales or self-promotion unless otherwise agreed upon. In the case of a Public Commission, I may do whatever I wish with the art (eg. post it to other sites such as Instagram) but will give proper credit to you for ownership of the character's design.

• I can refund 100% of the payment only if I have not started working on the product.

• Once I start the product there will be NO REFUNDS.

• If I cancel a project, I will reimburse the lost fees and refund 100%.

• I will respond as soon as I am able to.

• All communication will be done via VGen. 

• Please do not contact me regarding commissions / work outside of VGen.

• You agree to not ask me to change my offered art style excessively or unnecessarily.

• These images will come in the form of .PNG and/or GIF files.

Character reference sheets, PSD for rigging, mood boards, sample of poses / angles / expressions, any other relevant files or links.

Pose, traits, multiple characters, add-ons, etc.

Features brown OR black line-art (Depends on what is most complimentary to reference)

Features an off-white outline to stand out on light & dark backgrounds

Commercial Rights (ie. t-shirts, mugs, public flyers, etc.) = 2X the listed price

Complex characters & references will be simplified

Highlights are hard to execute in this simplistic style; if you are not pleased with the execution please let us know & we will redo or remove the highlights per the client's request.
