Terms and Services

Before commissioning me, it is very important that you read these terms so that there are no problems and I can accept your order.

: non-profit icon/avatar, wallpaper, entertainment, print it for home decoration or gift).

: +50% of total price (May use the artwork for monetized plataform like Twitch and Youtube; Streaming graphics (Loading screen, schedule, social media, banner...) Cover art (Music album, Light novel, Comic.....)

: +100% of total price (Can utilize the artwork for physical merchandise such as: Keychains, Posters, Postcard, Mugs, Dakimakura pillow)

. If the first orders have not yet been paid, commissions already paid have higher priority.

Please write in a clear and nice manner as well as providing neat references and not just paragraphs of text.

All payments must be processed through VGen, as per VGen ToS.

Full payment is required for me to do the sketch.

In case you have any problem to pay the full price, I can accept half of the payment to do the sketch; and the other half must be paid when the illustration is in an advanced state (finish lineart).

Art involving controversial issues or promoting drama/hate

PNGTuber models : you will receive a set of PSD ready to rig files of your character with basic frames (eyes open and closed, mouth open and closed). Additional frames for emotions or hand positions will come at extra cost.

I will contact you to send you an update of the drawing every time I make a major progress (lineart, shading). You can ask about your commission status anytime you desire. You can also check the process on my Trello (Waiting list)

Any modifications or events out of my control will be notify to the client

I start on the requested as soon I finish the others and work In progress will be given to the commissioner. Discussion are open during the process.

If you want to make changes to the drawing:

Once finished, I can allow minor color changes or small details.

Any major changes/rework past the base colour stage will incur a 15% charge of base price.

Complete rework past the final render will incur a 80% charge of base price.

Usually it takes me from 2-3 weeks to a month or two to complete a commission, the time will depend on the type of commission and its complexity. I will always try to get it as soon as possible, keep in mind that I am a university student.

The processing time may vary due to customer response time or the number of adjustments. Please understand that there may be orders that come before yours. I work with different orders at the same time. If anything happens that might delay the order, I'll let you know.

Use the copyrighted artwork for personal use (streaming / content use).

Print the art for themself, and claim the right of their character(s) but not the drawing itself.

Take credit for the art, edit it, trace it, recolor it, or remove or cover the watermark.

Use my works in any blockchain-related technology, including NFTs, IA, cryptocurrencies, or future inventions.

If the commission is in an advanced state (lineart) I DO NOT GIVE REFUNDS. If possible, be sure you can pay before commissioning me.

I have the right to cancel and refund the money for your commission at any time.

You have no right to cancel or demand a refund from the artist under any circumstances after the payment are received.

If money has not been sent yet the commissioner has the right to cancel the commission.

Any statement can be bound to change if discussed with me, the artist, prior to the commission.

Abusers of the chargeback feature will be reported to VGen as scammer.

In the event that I am unable to complete your request and may need negotiate an extension or to issue a refund, kindly provide a valid means of communication.

Full sized unwatermarked transparent and .png image of the adoptable, plus a simple clothing reference.

You are FORBIDDEN to delete my signature from any image that contains it.

I keep the rights to use the artwork in social media and portfolios giving the buyer proper credit as the owner, but if you want to remain anonymous just let me know.

don't do it for a higher price than you originally bought (unless it has extra arts).

change the original design / Colours / Gender / Details.

Digital commercial use is already included in the price.

By Purchasing my adopt, You have understand and  agree with all my T.O.S. and rules.
