Terms of Service

​★ Commission must be paid in full before I start.

​★ I reserve the right to refuse service if I think the project is out of my ability range.

​★ Real life people will be very stylized in my art style. Please do not order if you don't like my style.

★ You MUST credit ZellisArt if you were to post the commission online. Either @Zellisart (twitter bio, instagram) or link to my website or carrd.

​★ I will send you a rough sketch for approval. Max of 2 changes (or more up to my discretion) . Additional changes are extra. 

​★ Once the sketch is approved I will proceed to finish the image. If revision is needed after the sketch phase, an additional fee may apply.

​★ Commission turnaround time will be given to you during the inquiry. 

★ If you have a deadline, please let me know so I can schedule my workload to meet your deadline.

★ File will be delivered via email or Google Drive.

★ I retain all rights to post/use Personal Use commissions unless otherwise discussed.

★ I retain the right to post/stream commercial use commission on my website/portfolio/social media unless an NDA fee was paid.

★ Personal use commissions are not allowed to be monetized in any shape or form nor used for promotional/advertisement content.

​★ You cannot use your emotes for merchandise. you will need to contact me for permission and additional commercial usage fees will apply.

​★ Commissions are non refundable. I will refund if I could not complete the commission.

​★ Communication will be conducted via email or discord.

By purchasing you are automatically accepting my terms of service and being obligated to follow them. 

Character reference sheets, PSD for rigging, mood boards, sample of poses / angles / expressions, any other relevant files or links.

Pose, traits, multiple characters, add-ons, etc.

Character design extra depending on how much ref/info you provide. $100-$500+

You cannot use a different artist to work on your psd without my permission. Rigger that is also an artist can fix the file for rigging purposes. 

Characters MUST have EXISTING character references other it will fall under character design if you only provide text descriptions or miscellaneous images and you will need to pay for the model design.

You MUST @ZellisArt in your Twitter bio. And credit on Twitch and other social media sites with my website or carrd link. ​

Price is adjustable based on the character's complexity

Simpler character (like a cat) is cheaper

You cannot use emotes outside of twitch/discord. You may use it as profile pictures but any use outside of twitch/discord emote is strictly prohibited. If you want to use the emotes/panels for any other purpose, you will need to contact me for permission and additional commercial usage fees may apply.

Basic animation does not have hair/clothes movement. 

Current Price is for bust. Half body, full body, chibi prices will be different.

Animation commission is for scenes, wallpaper, movable illustration, twitch alerts, etc. Not emotes!

Basic animation includes eye blink, breathing, basic hair movement and small body movement.

MOV or AVI or MP4 file will be delivered 

Animation movements degrees highly depends on the illustration.
